Professional Quality for Home Cook
These containers look and feel like the real thing. I would swear that the major brands of ice cream use these same containers and just print their graphics on them. They are very heavy-duty and are sealed so well at the bottom that there's no way anything would/could leak. The lid is vented via a neat little setup that you don't find in commercial ice cream lids. There's small 2 holes on the top of the lid. On the inside of the lid, there are small 4 holes in a waxy-paper insert that are in a different pattern. When you put the lid on and press down, air escapes but when you release, the waxy-paper insert is pressed up to create a semi-seal. I wouldn't call it air tight, but it's an ingenious way to remove excess air. These containers seem a little pricey, but I don't think they're so expensive that I won't buy them again. You are definitely getting a quality product! They are slightly off-white in color. I'm not sure if that's because of the wax or not. It was only noticeable when I applied a bright white label to my container. Speaking of labels, these containers are not perfect cylinders, they are tapered (as seen in the photo). I wanted to create a near full-size, wrap around label for my containers but couldn't get it right because of the shape. I contemplated destroying one of the containers in order to get it's 'flat' shape, but figured I would try emailing the company to see what information they were able to provide. They replied to my email within 2 hours and even attached a template I could use to make my own labels! What great customer service!I was concerned about how these 'paper' containers would be packaged and how well they would stand up to being shipped out the the West Coast, especially because they use USPS. I was surprised to find that the containers were packaged in a very roomy box and were protected in plastic inside of the box! My ONLY complaint, if I were forced to name one, is the use of USPS. Unfortunately, the Postal Service does not deliver to my home and my mailbox can't fit a package of this size, so I had to drive to the Post Office 15 minutes away. While this isn't the fault of the seller, it would be nice to have the option to 'upgrade' to UPS Ground as they make deliveries right to my front door. That option would be well worth any added cost to me, especially if given as an option.

Great Containers
I recently purchased a new Ice Cream machine which I love, but I needed containers to put my experiments in. I saw these listed and ordered them.I have found the quality of the containers is better than I was expecting, the vented lids are great as well. These containers make it easy for me to make multiple flavors of ice cream and keep them organized in my freezer. It also makes it very easy to make containers of ice cream to give away. These are cardboard type containers (not Styrofoam). I found the thickness and quality of the containers to be great (better than I expected). It keeps the ice cream cool enough for transportation, and I don't worry about the containers falling apart or getting punctured.

Fantastic Containers for Storing Homemade Ice Cream
These paper containers met my expectations and beyond! I frequently make homemade ice cream and was unhappy storing my product in hard plastic containers. I use the Cuisinart ICE-30BC Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt maker which makes 2 quarts of delicious ice cream and two of these containers allow you to pack it in. Although my ice cream still doesn't stay creamy as I'd like, leaving your product on the counter for 5 mins. will do the trick. The best part is that you can REUSE these containers over again. They are laminated which makes them sturdy and able to withstand your freezer as well as washing. I've used the same containers 3 times already. Just gently wash (no soap - just warm water) and dry them and then they'll be ready to reuse. I highly recommend these containers and will be back for more.

I make my own homemade ice cream, with everything from scratch; these containers make it much easier to store the products in my freezer (without using plastic, yay!) and to give the ice cream as gifts. The size is perfect for my freezer - I currently have seven different flavors of ice cream just chilling on the top freezer shelf (see what I did there?). They hold up to the abuse that a chocolate-crazed pre-teen boy can dispense and work with gelato, frozen yogurts, ice cream, and sorbets.

Nice Restaurant-Quality Containers
Great for making multiple batches of ice cream, especially if you're giving them away. They're fairly sturdy for cardboard.

Great for cookie dough
This year for Christmas I made 3 different kinds of cookie dough to give as gifts. I used these containers, placed some handwritten kraft labels on the side and tied it with a plaid green & red ribbon. The 2 labels on each container were the type of dough it was and then the quick instructions for baking. Everyone loved the cookie dough and thought the idea was so creative. Usually cookie dough as gifts is given as logs but I thought these white containers looked professional. The containers were shipped quickly and are very sturdy and the lids fit on nice and snug. I would definitely purchase these again.

"white" dessert containers?
I ordered these for ice cream for my son's birthday party and they arrived in a yellow color that said "shoprite kitchen all natural soup"! It is advertised as "WHITE frozen dessert containers". These won't work for the purpose I bought them for so I sure hope my second attempt after reordering has better results. Such a hassle to go through and return them and wait again.

Great containers for frozen treats!
I made my own ice cream for my daughter's birthday and I wanted to make three flavors which is more than I usually make. I needed a way to store them in my freezer for a few days without taking up too much room. I also wanted a container that would work well in keeping the ice cream fresh as if I just made it. I used press and seal saran wrap around the rim before I closed the lid. These worked out great! I just took a red permanent marker and wrote on them to make them look more festive. I transported them to the party in a bag that keeps things cold and it worked out perfectly. I would definitely buy these again.
