Neon green is very bright and radiant in normal lighted conditions, but even brighter under a blacklight.Each color comes in its own clear acrylic .5oz container. They easily adhere to any of our fazmataz face paints, but will also stick to basically any kind of make up. A very thin light application of vaseline anywhere on the body will also do the trick.

Really glows!
I bought this item for my daughter who is going to a black-light rave. We debated over which color would best suit her theme and would probably glow the best. We were amazed at how well this worked. We dusted a finger tip and closed the door of a bathroom with a blacklight in the socket, and voila!, it really glows! It's a very small container, and we purchased two to be sure, but for as much as it glows only a light dusting is needed and would probably cover most of a person's arms and legs. Would buy this again.
