So I've been on metaformin for the longest time for PCOS and have been getting concerned about the possible health implications from taking it long term.After a good research session I had come to the conclusion that trying Myo Inositol might be better for me, but I was put off by some of the ridiculous prices that were being put out there for a 1 month supply.Then I found this product...Honestly I didn't have high expectations, but decided to go all in from day one and take the full dose (some on PCOS boards said they had taken half dose before fully commiting) of 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and doing away with the metaformin...So glad I did. It's not even been a week yet and I'm feeling great! My energy levels have tripled, my mental health is taking a much longed for upward shift, I'm sleeping better..honestly I could go on and on but the most important ones for me as a PCOS sufferer is my cravings for carbs and sweet things has almost completely gone to the point where I don't even take sugar in my coffee any longer, despite being a 2 sugar gal for over 20 years and the male pattern hair growth on my chin seems to be slowing as well.I'm so pleased that I've found this and that it's actually working! Will definitely be ordering more!

Inositol has been reported to help with PCOS symptoms as it lowers triglyceride and testosterone levels which will improve function of the ovaries. We have polycystic ovaries syndrome (PCOS) in 3 members of the family so we are always sharing information in respect of this condition. My sister and daughter have both been using Myo-Inositol and have both felt the benefits particularly with regulating ovulation.I have been using this Myo-Inositol for 2 weeks. First I should mention the design of the container, it doesn’t look like your average vitamin bottle, it’s a lot taller and slender (photo attached). I do like the shape as it takes up less room in the cupboard, however the lid isn’t childproof.Recommended dosage is 2 capsules morning and night, the capsules are quite big but I’ve got used to swallowing them now! The bottle contains a month’s supply (120 capsules).The capsules have added folate and B vitamins, in particular vitamin B12 which I have needed to use as an additional supplement prior to starting this Inositol Plus. This combined capsule is certainly more convenient.As with most capsules it is recommended you take them with a glass of water, when swallowed there is a slight taste but it’s not a strong flavour.I have noticed an increase in my energy levels which is most likely to be a combination of the folate and B12, I will further update this review when I have completed the 30 day supply. I should add in the 14 days I’ve been using this Inositol Plus I’ve had no concerns or issues and I’ll most likely continue using this brand in the future.

I am a pcos suffer and I have only been on theses for 4 days so far im no longer having the cravings for snacks and junk food, I am full of energy more, my high hormones levels seem to have lowered a little as im no longer having moods swings. ive have to say I did suffer with sweating a lot and I haven't since taking theses.so I will write a updated review once ive taken the full months supply.they do have a little nasty taste but you get used to. I never thought a product like this would work . i am very impressed

First time taken these ones

These capsules come in a tall flat pot and I'm pleased to say there's little wasted space inside, however, the pot doesn't always like to stay upright when being placed down quickly. After taking off the seal, I got a strong yeasty type smell from the capsules. I could still smell that on a single capsule and unfortunately the stench has gotten worse over time, I dread it every time I have to take the lid off. I don't know what they've put in there, but it's awful. The taste of them isn't much better either and I can still smell them when they're in my mouth. They are easy enough to swallow with a few mouthfuls of water to get them completely down. As for whether they're helping or not, I took them for my strong PMS symptoms and I haven't seen much of an improvement. My anxiety might be a tiny bit more stable, but it's hard to tell. Overall, I certainly wouldn't recommend this brand of inositol.

Product is great , it would be nice if it was slightly cheaper .
