Slippers are not too hard or too soft.I like the fit, colour and durability but not sure about pain relief.

The size chart is misleading. It's a bit too tight. Therefore, it bites. It should have been one size higher. Otherwise, the sole is soft & comfortable. Looks good.

Not a good product as it's chappal sole is very hard. Whereas the regular doctor orthojoy is very good
