Caught Fire
Scary this is the second one I ordered I thought I made a mistake on the first one by heating it too long when it caught fire in the microwave I realize I had not wrapped it in a towel as the instructions stated so I bought the second one wrapped it in the towel and the same thing happened this was only after 1 minute and a half in a 700watt microwave and wrapped in a towel not sure why this happens but I believe there's a safety issue here headed to leave the bad review but this is my experience

Good at first...
This product worked week the first 2 times I used it. On the 3rd time while heating it up for 1 minute I noticed a funny smell. I opened the microwave and the attached pic is what I found. Sending back for a refund. So disappointed since it worked well the first few times.

A mess
On the third use 2 holes opened up and flax seed spilled out. I don’t recommend this product.

Don’t buy; waste of money!
Wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing this product. The cap only holds heat for about 10 minutes; also the instructions were badly written-hardly able to decipher what the writer was saying.🤨

PERFECT for deep conditioning. The weighted cap makes you feel relaxed and it is sealed so no product is dripping from the sides.

Hair treatment cap
Great cap for doing hot treatments on hair within damaging hair. It does have a weird smell when it’s warmed, but that could just be the flaxseeds inside of it. Not really complaints!It does keep warm for at least 30 minutes which is as long as I keep it on for so it’s great!

PERFECT HAIR CONDITIONING HEAT CAP
PERFECT CONDITIONER CAP. This is a well made cap for deep conditioning your hair. You just heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes and it stays warm for 20-30 minutes. It comes with a lightweight cap that you put directly on your hair to keep the conditioner cap clean. It’s also very cute.
