I love this exercise ball. I just got it today and immediately pumped it up. However, I had to use a pump I owned because the pump that came with it was basically useless. It would have taken me forever to pump it up with the one they sent. The ball is the perfect size for me (5'5"). I plan to use it for working out and also to aid in stretching. It's also easy to sit on so I may try to use it when I sit at my desk as well. The ball itself is made to be anti-burst and it seems to be holding me well and I am above average in size.Overall, I love the many ways I can use this exercise ball. This is one of the tougher and more durable stability balls I've used. It's easy to set up and holds its shape and air well. The material is a bit denser than the material in other stability balls I've used, which makes it more resistant to puncture and gives it a bit more grip on the floor. Mine is the 65 cm (25.6 inches). Soon after inflating it, I held a ruler from the top of the ball to the wall, made a mark, and measured to the floor. It was 22 inches or 59 cm. I learned online that it needs to adjust to warmer temps before the material fully expands. After it had sat around for a day, I added a little more air and it reached 25 inches/65 cm easily without being too full for practical use. I used the ball for back stretches and found the surface material's grip helpful in keeping it from slipping out from under me. I also sat on it to do some arm lifts with light weights; the ball had just enough "give" to keep my core muscles engaged well. I plan to buy a smaller size to keep under my desk at work to help with my fidgety feet!

Perfect. Just what I was looking for. Great material for non-slipping and the pump is easy to use. I suggest that if you need to pull the plug out to deflate or add air use a spoon. I only give it 4 stars because though they give you the size you ordered they should also provide a measuring tape and instructions to ensure the ball is not over or under inflated. I had a ball like this when they first came out from "core" which came with a measuring tape so luckily I had one on hand, but I had to replace my old ball with a new one since my 8 year old poked a hole in it.

Just as expected, although I wish I would have ordered the next size up, just personal preference. Ball rubber is very thick and seems very durable. My 8, 12, & 14 year old daughters have already bounced all over on it, and my 18 month old has tossed it around the living room several times. It is a high quality exercise ball. The pump that is included was easy to use and worked really well to inflate the ball quickly. I like that there were two plugs included in case one gets misplaced. I would highly recommend this exercise ball. Just a tip for expectant moms.... These exercise balls are great at the end of your pregnancy when baby is sitting on top of your pelvic bones, it will help relieve some of that discomfort.

I didn't realized that 65cm is more in what is consider the Medium-sized ball range. It's fine for doing excerciseds on (albeit smaller than the ones at my gym), but it is far too small for me to sit on (if you're considering it for that purpose).I'm 6'3" and 185lbs. If I tried to use this as a chair at a desk, I'd feel like I was sitting in a little children's chair.I like that it came with a pump and a spare plug. Pumping takes a little while (my kids thought it was a blast) and pulling out the pump line to quickly shove in the plug always has its excitement of trying to get it in before letting too much air out.Overall I'd recommend it for excercising as long as you're no larger than me, but not for use as a ball to sit on at a desk - 65cm is just too small for that.

When I heard the price my dental tech paid for hers, I'm doubly happy with this ball. Sturdy enough for someone whose circumference is about equal to her height. Holds air pressure for weeks. Pump is fine and handy. Great for sitting on to knead bread on a coffee table -- a great way to get the height right for this task. Fine for seated tai chi. Easily rolls into position for anyplace my bad back needs a seat, e.g. when cooking something that needs watching like waffles. Would I like it better if it were a prettier color, sure, but this is a good, sturdy product at a great price.

great ball! works fantastic. The pump is a little cheap, but beats using your mouth or something. be careful on buying the size. If it is for exercise, follow what people recommend online. If it is to sit on for work or something, then buy a size larger or so.I am 5'8" and people recommended a medium or large, but I bought the extra large one and it is perfect to sit on at my desk. the others were too short.

Very nice exercise ball. Good quality. I was worried that it would be cheaply made and lose air after use. It is the same as it was when I first started using it a couple months ago. I also have a dog that I thought may puncture the ball. No issues there. I read a lot of other reviews and decided to go with this one. I think it was a good choice.
