The pedicure chair came before the schedule date which was a plus! It was in three well packed boxes and delivery guy put it exactly where I wanted it! It’s a beautiful chair! I would totally recommend it!

The chair is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. But the delivery wasn’t anything like I was told. They were supposed to call with a delivery time. Nothing, they just showed up. Nope body was there except a person that rents an apartment. Also didn’t have the correct size bolts for the chair.

I bought this for my salon and it was cheaper than any of my cosmo competitors. My clients like it so much. They didn't recognize the exposed plumbing behind the chair. The drywall is to come. Does require plumbing.

The clients love love!!!!!!! The plumber who installed the chair said this was a high quality chair he took pictures. I’m so impressed love it

This chair was reasonably priced. However, the assembly of this was a little challenging. The cross support bars were not lined up with the correct holes for the screws. It was also missing the handle for the tub plunger. The plunger handle does not turn on correctly and the stopper does not open and close correctly!The company did send someone out to help with installation which was a little tricky, so thanks to Stella with the pedicure chair company for finding someone to help us put the chair together.updated 6.16.2020This chair has been a nightmare since we received it. The plumber came a week after to install the plumbing and the chair. The bars that connect to the fiberglass chair was not correct. The holes did not match up to install the seat to the base and it was missing a part for the water plunger. They did send a new piece for that. I spoke to Stella the manager at 972-926-6488 x 9424. She was pleasant and sent a man out to install the chair with the bars correctly since they did not match up and the plumber was NOT going to DRILL more holes! I have been telling her all along that the handle was not turning on and the plunger would not move up or down. The plumber and the man from Orlando did readjust everything then yesterday the tub stopper would not open. We have tried everything!We spent a lot of our hard earned money to purchase this chair and we feel it’s been a LEMON from the first day! With the holes not drilled correctly, we also feel that this will not be stable enough for the future wear and tear on the chair base!I have attached text messages to show the issues from the first day! Please make this right! We spent a lot of money on this chair and we also purchased a smaller pedicure chair for the stylist tech. We feel like this chair was made for someone else and we got the bad one! Someone was not paying attention to what they should of done correctly in the first place!Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
