Handle screws come out all the time
These are great customers love them, but the screws on the handles come out all the time. We ended up wiring them since we were constantly fixing them.

Great for customer appreciation!
I ordered these for a thrift store, and the customers love them! It's so much nicer to be able to pull a basket than have to carry one, although you can do both with these.
