Womens Large Cross Front Poncho Sweater Wrap Topper

I LOVE this sweater. This is a really well made sweater, not too warm, but much higher quality than I expected for the price. It's the PERFECT thing to put on when it gets cold. I don't currently go to an office every day, but -- if I did -- I'd keep this there for those days when I need something to stave off the chill. The wrap function is fun (makes me feel powerful). And the reviewers, who can't style it like the picture probably have other challenges in life as I didn't have a problem. (They even included a video to show you how it's done.)

I guess this product was made with the intention of being stylish, but let me tell you, I've never messed with my clothing as much as I do this wrap when I wear it. I do not know what was in mind with the one loop on the shoulder. There are two hanging slacks (is what I'm calling them once draped over your shoulders). So you're supposed to slip the opposite slack into the loop that's located on the opposite shoulder, kind of like a criss cross thing. The question is, the slack that has the loop has to drape over the opposite shoulder or hang (whichever is your preference). It looks tacky because you have this rectangle piece just hanging close to your crotch while the other slack is through the loop. To make matters worse, the hanging slack doesn't stay in place so it looks like you forgot to hang it somewhere. Very inconveniencing. It would be nice to post a video on how to properly wear this. I may just have to safety pin it in place so it's not just "hanging".

I ordered this item because I love shawls and it looked lovely and usual with the under tuck at the top. When it arrived its not at all how it looks here. First of all, the shape isnt at all like the picture, it is a short rectangle piece of cloth that looked more like a small scarf than a shawl. Dont waste your time with item. It was a huge disappointment.

This Crossover is perfect as a light jacket and protection from the rain. It is huge. I am using it to cover myself (3x) and my sling after a shoulder surgery. There is a loop on one shoulder to tuck 1 edge of the crossover in. I spread out on my table to show shape and size... I only wish that it came with some sort of directions. A few tries and you will find which way works best for you.

The poncho I received was substantially smaller than the one shown in the video. It barely comes to my elbows - much less down to my wrist as you see on the model in the video. It's also not the same shape and there is way less material. Deceptive advertising. Returning. Update: The refund was issued on February 8th to my gift card - I don't have one so have no idea what they are talking about. I chatted with someone about this today, Feb 21, 2020 and said they would refund to my credit card but I'm still waiting on the email notification. This purchase and the hassle afterwards with my refund has been my worst one with Amazon so far.

My 3 stars are not because of the item. It seemed well made and warm. It was just too small. I am a petite built 5' 6" 140 pound woman. This was definitely not a plus-sized wrap. When I hooked the corner into the shoulder band the other side stayed wide open and not closed as the video showed. The length only went a little beyond the small of my back. I returned it. I would have exchanged it if there was a larger choice. The package arrived earlier than expected and undamaged.

Such a nice wrap at a reasonable price! I love the loop on the shoulder to keep it in place! Very warm, too!
