Bargain for what you get!
I’ve been in PT for back injury for back injury all summer and wanted to maintain strength training and was recommended to get a bosu. Couldn’t believe how much they were and figured that since they were designed for multi use a lesser one would be ok for a single person. I got it and am very pleased with how well it appears to be made. It will be more than sufficient for my needs at a great price.

Cost effective equipment
It is just like a bodu ball but not 135 dang dollars except for the lip is a we bit sharp and can dig into you a tiny bit if your doing myotatic crunches which is why I bought it so ding a star for that but otherwise I like it

It's okay. Works well but ... Not BOSU awesome.
The balance trainer works very well. I have worked out on it every day for about a week. If you are thinking of getting this because you want exactly like BOSU I would say don't get this. It's just a bit taller than. Just a bit "too round" at the top of the half ball (BOSU are a bit flatter at the top). Normal BOSU material has LESS give (which most want); this had more bounce than BOSU. The straps are VERY light. My 4 year old was able to easy use the resistance straps. They are not changeable without a specific connector. So if you are looking for an exact BOSU cheaper version, I would skip this.However, if you are not looking to replace your BOSU and want a good balance trainer. Get this for the lower cost. It will work. It actually works pretty great. Easy to blow up. Nice bounce if you need. Good material that doesn't slip. I can use this instead of a step for home work outs. I used it for pilates. I used to lay on for chest press. It's a good equipment for the price point. The resistance bands are TERRIBLE so just don't think you can get a workout from them. They also broke (not a full handle) when I first used. I took them off and threw away after 2 days of trying to make it work.
