Gives good support and Velcro grips really well. I can stand for longer and walk further before pain starts.Well worth a try for price, it’s only problem is front Velcro fixing folds and you have to re adjust.

Definitely helps my back, blocks most of the lower back pain from 2 slipped discs, I wear the belt daily.However after 3 months the elastic has torn away from the velcro and is still usable.The correct way to wear the belt, which will according to seller prolong the life of the belt is to lightly wear first band and use the black and white bands to add the tension.Changed my review from 2 to 5 stars as seller has fully refunded me. Suggested a better way to wear the belt and supplied me with a new one.Definitely helps support my back doing my handyman job and i will buy from this seller again.
