I wanted to find a light-weight knee compression sleeve that I can use for most daily activities, sports, and hitting the gym. I had hyperextended one of knees playing football and I felt mild discomfort from time to time..I found that these worked for all occasion. I now wear them under my dress pants for work, because I continue to have pressure on my knees. I use them for when I play basketball, where theres a lot of jumping involved. And I use them to provide a little extra support for when I squat or leg press.I'll use a bigger brace for when my knee starts acting up, but for everything in between, these were perfect.

I wear this while running and when I do my work outs and boy does it make a difference. I have tired legs from poor circulation so this truly comes in handy. I'm glad I discovered it. It helps me build up endurance and lets me go much further then without it. I Love it! Does not roll down or anything & does not cut through my skin... works as expected.

I play water polo for a team but I run on the weekends. I would get random annoying pains and aches and some mild swelling every time I ran. After wearing the sleeves, my pain and swelling have reduced considerably. I am very happy with the comfort of the sleeve. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I haven't wear it yet . But this is for the fabric feels durable great quality, I like the compression that feels on the skin not too tight not loose. I put it on legs and wow great feeling, very supportive.
