Great Product and very versatile and easy to maintain!

Had a snafoe in the outdoor shower this year. Even though the shower is rated as outdoor and the water was shut off, and drained for the winter, water shot out everywhere in the control valve area for temp and head selection when turned on for the summer. Reached out to the company, which of course was China. Sent them a video and the part was sent to me, free except for shipping, which I overpaid and didn't know.. she returned it immediately. Constant communication Initiated by them. Even a follow up after it was delivered to make sure it was in working order. Great customer service! Regardless, I will be taking that part off for the winters.To say I love my outdoor shower is an understatement! Especially after yard work.

Great finish and quality. The flow and pressure coming out of this thing is phenomenal! I’m surprised California hasn’t banned its sale in the state over the GPM. Easy to install. If you’re doing an outdoor shower and want to simplify things get the 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch elbows that mount to the wall and installation will be a piece of cake. My only long term worry is my water bill.

Bought this in August of 2023. Used it until the end of October 23 and winterized it. I live in the northeast so it needs to be winterizee. Opened it up at the end of May and I have noticed for the last few weeks that there was water leaking from this joint. Its where the shower head pipe meets the main valve. It has been getting worse and worse. I read reviews prior to buying about problems but it sounded like they didn't winterize the shower system properly. Mine was fine from that perspective and not the reason for the leak. The pipe is just loose in the fitting. You can literally rotate the pipe. Its as if it needs to be soldered to stop leaking. Since I used this for approximately 5 months and have this type of issue, is unacceptable. Be very careful if you are thinking about buying this unit.Update 8-14-24I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent out a replacement part that fixed the leak. They were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem and called numerous times to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the product. The shower works well, was just unhappy that an issue developed so quickly. They backed their product and thats all anybody wants. Great customer service.

I totally like my outdoor shower. So much fun! We had a freeze and a part froze. I contacted Gotonovo and they were excellent at sending replacement part. I recommend Gotonovo.
