SOL REPUBLICAmps Air + Earbuds, Black

I didn't know what to expect from these earbuds. I have previously owned headphones by Sol Republic. The next to the last pair I owned were wired Sol Republic earphones and I loved them. Then I bought the original Amp Airs. They were pretty good in terms of TWEs but the battery life sucked and the left earbud cut out on me from time to time. With that being said. I was looking for a pair of True Wireless earbuds with good battery life and ANC at a decent price. I am not an official Audiophile but I did have and returned the Beo Play e8 ( 3rd edition ) a few days ago. Those earbuds have Bluetooth 5.1 and sound awesome. As a reminder, Bluetooth 5.0 or 5.1 does not guarantee a solid connection. So far I have not had any cut out on these earbuds. Nor did I have any cut outs with the E8s . But they lack ANC. and if you like to do outside work at coffee shops you know that they tend to blast the music of various types over the establishment speakers. So, ANC has become a requirement for me in terms of headphones. Anyway as an alternative to over the ear cans, The Sol Republic Amp Air Pros are great. Not as good as the Beo Play in terms of sound, but pretty darn close. I have only had these around 2 days but they are a solid performer. They block about as much sound as the Air Pod Pros but not as much as the Sony wf-1000xm3s which I own but rarely use anymore. The Sony’s are not sweat-resistant and profile wise are larger. Anyway, the sound on the AMP Air Plus are great. Way better than the original Amp Airs. The Sounds Sage is reasonably wide but sculpted. And of course, they have great punchy bass. I wanted earbuds that sounded good without the need to use an App. Bottom the AMP Air Plus sounds great, The ANC takes a sting out of outside noise. I am sitting under a speaker right now. Is it blocking the noise? No, not completely. No ANC can do that. But under extreme conditions, these buds block noise from air and humans talking a lot. I would say 70% of the noise. So I recommend them.

These are the worst earbuds I ever got the sound is low they disconnect every 5 mins they are noise canceling is terrible on these returning asap

i really wanted to like this product, but due to the size of the things, i just can't. these things make my ears hurt after 20 minutes of use, to i never got anywhere near the 7 hours of use that is advertised. their sound is certainly not 200$ good. i have had better sound coming from 20$ earbuds from walmart. the noise cancelation either doesn't work or is so lackluster that i couldn't tell.the fact that i am returning these should probably stand as the review.

A 80 euro ci può stare, sono un prodotto eccellente, ovviamente non aspettatevi la qualità del suono delle cuffie a filo di fascia medio alta(sono sempre cuffie bluetooth). Testate in una chiamata dalla durata di 1 ora e 50 minuti, sembra di non averle addosso.(occhio alla dimensione del vostro orecchio, sono abbastanza grandi). Comandi touch non proprio reattivissimi...

The microphone is not good

Son aspect aluminium mat aspect carbon, et son écrin alu brossé, rend le tout moderne, design et qualitatif.Il y a bien un écouteur Droit et un Gauche, s'emboitant parfaitement dans les conectiques du boitier, comme aimanté.L'appairage est obligatoire et très facile.La charge se fait dès la pause d'un ecouteur, sans que l'écrin ne soit branché, en 2 heures de charge pour 2 charges distincte par appareil.Idéal pour le transporter partout, ces ecouteurs nomades m'ont énormement surpris.En ce qui concerne le port, ils sont très agréable, et non envahissant, même lors de mouvement de machoire. Aucune gêne et ils tiennent parfaitement en place. L'écoute peut se prolonger 7 heures sans probleme et diminue le bruit ambiant, pour une immersion totale dans son écoute.Je n'ai pas réussi à optimiser les touches dans écouteurs pour faire pause, next, et téléphoner, car j'en ai l'utilité uniquement que pour l'écoute.A l'arret, les écouteurs montrent qu'ils fonctionnent toujours en émttant une légère led verte, pas idéale lorsqu'on s'endort avec et qu'on les retire la nuit, la lumiere des led est génante, mais c'est un détail.

Ich benutze die Kopfhörer mit einem Android 9 Smartphone und einem Windows 10 Notebook völlig problemlos. Die Kopplung dabei ist sehr simpel. Bluetooth am Gerät (Smartphone/Laptop) aktivieren, Kopfhörerbox öffnen und 2 Sekunden den Knopf drücken und dann am Gerät (Smartphone/Laptop) den linken ODER rechten Kopfhörer auswählen. Der rechte und linke Kopfhörer verbindet sich dann von alleine. Fertig!💚 Positiv:- Gute Soundqualität bei richtigem Sitz (siehe unten)- Tolle Ladebox- Sehr komfortabler und trotzdem fester Sitz (Sporttauglich!)- Schweiß und Wasserfest- einfache Bluetooth 5.0 Kopplung⚪ Neutral:- Bedienung- Aktive Geräuschunterdrückung🔴 Negativ:- Anleitung💚 Qualität und Komfort:Die Kopfhörer wirken sehr hochwertig und kommen in einer schönen und stabilen Aufbewahrungs/Ladebox. Außerdem gibt es noch 4 verschiedene Aufsatzgrößen. Der Komfort ist bei mir hervorragend. Ich merke die Kopfhörer nach 10 Minuten nicht mehr in meinem Ohr und sie sitzen trotzdem sehr fest. Radfahren und Laufen war problemlos möglich und hier ist auch schön, dass die Kopfhörer Schweiß und Wasserfest sind.💚 Sound:Ich war am Anfang etwas enttäuscht vom mittelmäßigem Sound. Das Problem war aber der Sitz in meinem Ohr. Sobald man den richtigen Aufsatz ausgewählt hat und der Kopfhörer leicht gedreht wurde, war der Sound auf einmal sehr gut. Also hier unbedingt etwas testen. Bass, Höhen und Tiefen sind für meinen Geschmack ausgewogen und klar. Die aktive Geräuschunterdrückung ist merkbar, aber ich hatte bei größeren und geschlossenen Kopfhörern dort schon deutlich bessere. Bei meiner nächsten Zugfahrt werde ich das noch genauer ausprobieren.⚪ Bedienbarkeit und Anleitung:Die Anleitung ist auf 2-3 Miniseiten abgehandelt und eigentlich ein Witz. Auch sind es eher Bilder und die wenigen Sätze auf Englisch. Ich musste also ein wenig selbst probieren und habe mir die Sachen dann logisch selbst erklärt. Auch musste ich einige mal dass "Klopfen" auf den Kopfhörer ausprobieren um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen. Jetzt funktioniert es zu 99% so wie ich es möchte.- Zweiten Kopfhörer in das Ohr rein bzw. rausnehmen = AN / AUS- 3x auf den linken Kopfhörer klopfen = Aktive Geräuschunterdrückung AN / AUS- 2x auf den linken Kopfhörer klopfen = Sprachassistent AN- 2x auf den rechten Kopfhörer klopfen = Musik/Film/Youtube AN / AUS- 2x auf den rechten Kopfhörer klopfen = Telefonat annehmen / auflegen💚 Box, Laden und Akku:Ein sehr großer Pluspunkt und sehr schön gelöst. Die Box ist klein und sehr stabil. Gleichzeitig hat sie einen integrierten Akku um die Kopfhörer 2x komplett aufzuladen. Die Kopfhörer halten in der Tat 5 bis 7 Stunden und insgesamt kommt man so auf bis zu 24 Stunden ohne Steckdose. Die Box kann man dann per USB-Kabel einfach wieder aufladen, z.B. an einer Powerbank oder am Laptop. Schön ist auch, dass die Kopfhörer per Magnet direkt an den richtigen Ort in der Box gedrückt werden. Für mich perfekt gelöst.Fazit:Ein sehr rundes Paket. Qualität, Sound, Komfort und die Box überzeugen. Die Anleitung muss man aber unbedingt nochmal überarbeiten, sonst ist der Frust schon vor dem Ausprobieren da.Positiv = 💚, Neutral = ⚪, Negativ = 🔴Ich hoffe meine Rezension hat Ihnen gefallen und konnte zu einer besseren Kaufentscheidung beitragen.

Sol republic always have great presentation of their products and good quality BUT l find this in ear phones quite uncomfortable. They are too large. It takes time to fit them in and still don't sit right...
