Works just like the expensive bands!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have had these for almost a month and have used them almost every single day, I have started seeing results in muscle definition and tone improvement! I like using these on my arms as well the smooth silicone feel makes it super comfortable with no pain or discomfort. They stay in place as I use them and they are very stretchy while also being durable. I haven't ever stretched them to a point that made me feel they would fail. These are a great set that are super compact and very portable. The different stretch strength in this set makes the variety great for different work outs and great for sizing up to continue on your fitness journey as you get stronger!

easy and fun to use
These bands are awesome!! Each one offers a different amount of resistance, giving you exactly the workout you want. They also give you the opportunity to build up strength and move on to the next without having to purchase more equipment. There are so many exercises you can do that I wasn't even aware of, ah-ma-zing!!! They come with a bag to store everything in little space or to take with you if you travel. Highly recommend this product

Great for price
I would say that these are lighter in resistance than I thought they would be. I have only used the extra heavy band and still feel that it's not that high resistance. BUT I will say that it is good quality and exactly what I needed in that phase of my training. Would recommend for someone looking for bands for glutei activations and some warm up exercises.

another great addition for your off the gym workouts
This a great versatile set. that let`s, that nicely compliments your, now common, home workouts.There is a booklet with some exercise suggestions, color coding is nice and a carry bat allows to keep everything tidy and portable - took it out to the beach the other day and had a good workout. These also help to correct your form in some foundational movements. Try it with your squats and see how your knees track better without the band next time.

Helps with Endurance
What I liked most about these bands was the various resistances among the bands so that you can slowly build endurance and go on to the tighter bands. I can certainly feel the burn in my muscles when using these bands. They're not only pretty shades of pink but it's nice that they don't ride up and down and stay in place. I'm a beginner when it comes to exercising so its nice that it comes with a little booklet on various exercises you can try with them and it also comes with a small bag to easily take it on the go. The complete package for a small fee and well worth it.

Great bands!
These bands are too easy for a leg workout at my level of fitness but for arms workouts are perfect. Would highly recommend for a beginner leg workout if needed but in my personal opinion when it comes to certain exercises such as donkey kicks and fire hydrants, plastic bands tend to snap and roll up so be careful. Overall great bands for what I'm using them for!

Love them!

I came take them anywhere in the cute, drawstring bag provided. Feel free to take these to work and get a quick workout in on your lunch break. I can't get over how great these are. Also, comes with more than 10 workout instructions.

Disappointed buyer they roll!
They slip I haven't really used them much.. the medium is good the light ones roll up when trying to move..There is resistance in the heavy but I lost interest when I started using them...They roll up...not motivated been unused since I got them. I was excited to lose weight and tone but it disappointed me as a buyer.
