[Midori] MD series notebook jacket A5 H220~W310mm made of light and stout paper

Beautiful and sturdy
This cover is a beautiful light pinky-peach and fits the Midori MD A5 perfectly. It is paper, but is indeed quite sturdy and almost evokes natural leather with its embossed front logo and top/bottom stitching (there is a natural leather one, but besides being spendy I like that the color of the paper cover will remain mostly intact). The cover may fade a tiny bit over time as well as absorb stains and smudges, but I’ve been pretty careless/rough and personally don’t notice a huge difference. Picture is of one that’s been used for ~4 months vs a new one.

Fits perfectly!
I know there's been some chatter about whether this cover fits the journal well -- but just want to say that the cover slips over the journal absolutely perfectly. The texture (paper-like, smooth but with some rustic sturdiness to it), stitching, embossed logo on the cover are all perfect. Totally elevates the journal. Love the dusty rose color. Very satisfied with purchase!

Perfect fit and addition to the notebook
This fits perfectly, not sure what some of the posters where experiencing with their covers, mine had no problems. I was skeptical paying close to $10 for a cardboard cover, but it's worth it. Doesn't feel cheap and protects the original soft cover of the notebook while also providing some "stability".

Very nice jacket, but...
Nice jacket, but, being paper, I'd consider it disposable. Paper and patina aren't typically used together. But the paper looks to be durable. It's thicker and stiffer than the title would indicate, almost like vinyl. However, I purchased the Midori A5 notebook journal (368 pages). Amazon's "Frequently bought together" includes this A5 jacket. This does not fit the journal.

Just as nice at the notebook
This cover is surprisingly sturdy. Im not worried about it getting torn at all.The stamped logos are a nice aesthetic touch. It's definitely pink, more of a beige pink but definitely leaning more on the pink side.It has a nice soft feel to it.

First Midori
Absolutely in love with this product. I’ve been trying to stay consistent with writing in my journal. It’s something that I’ve been striving for years. This past year or so I’ve been writing a bit more consistently and I’ve been really proud of that so now that I am almost done with this journal, I decided let me look into something that’s more of my style. I’m very into simplicity, and this one hits it on the mark. Super excited to get started with it I love the feel of it also bought a cover and a band to hold it together.

Feels good in hand. durable stitched edging
Oddly I got this to cover a notebook that had a uncoated paper cover I couldn’t stand the feel of. I don’t know how to say it but despite looking similar to Kraft paper this cover does not have the “dry” feeling that does and is matte but almost “waxed” feeling. Sensory specific folks, this is your cover. It’s extremely sturdy/durable and I love the delicate almost pink color.
