I have already been taking brain related supplements for a while now, so I honestly didn’t expect to see any immediate results like other reviewers. At this point, it feels like I have to take this type of supplement as I am afraid of experiencing deteriorating conditions if I stop taking them.I am mentioning this because I want to make it clear that the reason I didn’t see any immediate improvement could be because I have been taking similar supplements for a while.Now, there are 2 reasons I requested this item over my usual brain supplement, although I don’t really stick to one brand for over a year.First, I have read about this Nubest brand in the community, that they are quite honest about their products. It wasn’t about this particular supplement but I think honest customer representative about their product does create trust to a certain degree.Secondly, this one consists of many I have been taking. For example, St. John wort is something I take to manage my depression (I have been treated but it’s never completely cured once I stop taking prescriptions. So I continue to take supplements to proactively manage it). Ginkgo Biloba is something I take for my brain as well as Acetyl L-carnitine.So basically this is replacing something I have been taking.My expectation is that this brand uses high quality ingredients as it claims.I am going to finish the whole bottle and will update on this if I feel this one is superior compared to other brands in terms of quality vs price.

Okay, so I can't say I've seen any difference in my mental abilities after using this NuBrain - Support Brain Health & Brain Functions stuff. I can really only comment on how these things go down when swallowed and whether they cause stomach upset. So far, they go down easily enough, only once did I have a hard time swallowing them and I had to drink extra water. And they have not caused any noticeable stomach problems for me. I have a pretty sensitive stomach which can get upset at the drop of a hat. So in that respect these work fine.

Wish they'd shown the ingredients panel, as I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it contains St. John's Wort--it's contraindicated with meds I'm on, and many others. I can't speak to its effectiveness because of this. They should make that ingredient's inclusion front and center in the text AND the images. Why show every side of the bottle EXCEPT the side listing the ingredients?
