at first glance, i thought it was too big. but after using, it its PERFECT.i added car key, gate remote, gate key, house key, and mailbox key.this carabiner has a very interesting characteristic that i love.-- most carabiners push back harder the more you open it. -- this is the opposite. it has the most tension in the beginning as you open, then eases up.

I bought this same keychain/caribiner in 2015, it just wore out this year in 2023. I’d say 8 years is a long time for a daily used item.

2013.07.24Just got this bad boy in. It's the exact size and weight reduction that I was looking for. I went from a "heavy" Coach keyring to this super dare I say, ultra light keychain.Some datapoints:- from the top of the carabiner to the end of the strap, it's 3.275 inches (3-3/8")- I changed out the actual O ring for the one I had from the Coach- in my system, from the top of the carabiner to the keyless remote its 7 inches.I was going to attach 2 photos but it seems the seller has not activated that feature for this listing. The seller "Specialist ID" packaged everything nicely and quick shipping, I almost thought it was Amazon Prime. Hahahahahaa

I've been using it almost four years and it's held up well other than expected wear and tear. There are chips in the enamel and the nylon strap is a little frayed but it still does the job.

Great idea and design on paper but the quality is not up to par. It literally broke the first time I clipped it onto my belt loop. Not even the cheapest of cheap, keychains have ever done this. How is the designed and made in America? I cannot repair it , I will have to replace it with another carabiner .Avoid unless they update this product with design changes.

Just replace the factory carabiner with one rated for climbing and it will last for many years since the webbing on this strap is strong. I am currently using the Edelrid Nineteen G (it's the smallest carabiner rated for climbing, only weighs 19 grams, and is approximately only 3" tall).

I initially looked at the construction and thought, "Finally, a key carrier with enough material integrity." The first time I bent down the beast caught on my pants. It is good thing I wear arc flash 3 rated clothing so the pants were not damaged. No damaged to the carabiner either. So, I got out the thinking cap and take another look. The ring has sharp edges on it. This item is worth spending the money on it, but take the edge off with a fine file or a medium grit stone before using it.

I wanted a keychain that would hold my keys and latch on to things that was a good length.This has worked perfectly so far. It has been atleast a month, and it is wearing nicely, as expected.I would definitely recommend this again!

Makes a great little clip for securing my tarpaulin. I attached the split ring to the tarp, and clip the carabiner to loops of baling twine attached to pallets underneath my hay bales. The clip makes it really easy to undo the tarp to get to my hay, and tie it back up again, rather than knotting the baling twine every time.
