Wow! If you have heavy, achy and/or restless legs these are what you need!
Wow! These arrived today I took one right away and my legs feel so much lightly already, my legs feel amazing they have such a warm tingly nice feeling relaxing which I suppose is the new blood circulation! My legs felt so heavy and almost like they were tight which I thought was caused by water retention but it wasnt after all it was just from lack of blood supply! If you get achy heavy legs with restless legs I HIGHLY recommend these! I thought I'd just have to suffer but not anymore!

Difficult to Swallow
I don't know how good these tablets are I will finish the 60 I bought. I have to say that the tablets are very difficult to swallow, the tablets tend to stick to the roof of my mouth or catch in my throat

Be careful before you purchase
It's a misleading adv since it neglects to tell you if you are taking any medications you must ask your doctor. It says this on the back of the package but it is too late then because Amazon will NOT authorize a return/refund. It also neglects to tell you about all the side effects you could get. I checked with my doctor and he said not to take them.Amazon refused to let me return them for a refund even though the package has never been opened. I even got in touch with New Nordic (their manufacturer) and they could do nothingDon't waste your money..

Good Product for the Less Active
I have been using these tablets for a number of years, but it's the first time I have bought them from Amazon as my usual Supplier is no longer competitive in price. Tablets are good for a person who is not perhaps as active as a younger individual. I ordered 4 boxes which amounts to 240 tablets and one a day will last me some time. The expiry dates on the product are excellent, i.e. 2 years.
