I wanted a single one of these to use when loading up one end of a barbell while the other swivels in a "landmine" device. I wasn't sure it would work when rolling a bar in an arc, as opposed to a straight line, but the arc turns out to be so slight when moving such a short distance that it works perfectly. It's purpose, of course, is to hold up one plate of any given size while other plates of the same size are loaded on or taken off, though I find that use less necessary, especially with 25s). If you put on a 25, then you can raise that 25 off the ground to make loading additional 25s easy. It works very well, weighs very little and takes up little space in my duffle.

I just received the order I placed and I am stunned and angry that Abrafit shipped me ONE wedge! What use is a single wedge? Even the misleading picture in Abrafit's Amazon advertisement shows TWO wedges! (Bottom photo, top left image of TWO pink wedges and the bag they come in.)Check out all the other deadlift wedge vendors on this site who ALL supply TWO wedges. Buy theirs instead (and they are cheaper and higher quality than Abrafit). Don't make the mistake I did.

So simple... so effective! My gym used to have barbell jacks but they all seemed to have disappeared. These were SO perfect! Fits well in my gym bag, worked great!

These are okay. I wish they were wider. I find myself bent over struggling to align these with my plates half the time.

They work. Ramp could be more pronounced. It takes time and effort to get it on just right. You must align it on the inner most plate or you’re left doing a one arm barbell roe to slide the weights in place.

Work great for deadlifting!
