If you are gym going then you need double strength as the quantity of epa and dha is not enough so that you have to take a dounle dose but its ok because its much cheaper then the rest if the fish oils on the market i would still rather take triple strength instead

I bite the capsules and keep biting but the capsules do not get cut. I have to use scissors
