Manufacturer responds well to inquiries. I think its a bit expensive when you realize it needs a bunch of "servings" used each time to get flavor. I'm glad it doesn't come loaded with sugar and i can add stevia, but its only good with the added sweetness. I like guava and had a hard time finding something. I am pleased with this but for price so i did get the 2 lb. Does not reseal so i use a clip is easy. If something is organic, should say so on bag, certified, you know? They seemed to think it clumps and needs special prep which sucks, but it does not clump the way i use it at all, is easy, so they asked me to put photo explaining, so i did.

The taste is OK but I was very disappointed when it comes to the product dissolving in any kind of liquid, All it does is clump up. I tried it in my protein drinks ended up with chunks, I tried it in cold water I tried it in hot water, I put it in a shaker shook the heck out of it and it still didn’t dissolve, nothing I put it in will dissolve it so it kind of defeats the whole purpose of even having it. It will give you a small amount of flavor in what you’re drinking or eating but if it’s just going to clump up in everything you try to use it for it’s just nasty. I don’t recommend it.

Goes well in smoothies. Tastes good.
