I got this power strip because I wanted something that could1. Be mounted behind my TV cabinet out of sight2. Be able to have outlets capable of plugging larger "bricks" intoThis power strip hits on both points for me. It has four screw hole mounts at the end and easily attached to the back of my cabinet. You can actually use every plug on the power strip because they're far enough apart where other devices' bricks do not block the outlets of one another and has easily allowed me to manage the cables.The ONLY thing I would say is that when mounted to the back of the cabinet, I had to flip the power strip upside down (ground plug facing up) because the main power cable comes out of the device at the top and would have shown otherwise.

I have two computer stations at home and ordinary power strips are just not efficient in either case. This strip has plenty of outlets that are well spaced out so I can effectively use each one without a mess of cords and cables that eventually become unmanageable. Sadly the price on this item has skyrocketed, or I would purchase another.

It does fine with all the plugs filled and lots of current. Shuts off when needed to protect the outlet. Happy with purchase

As part of the cable management efforts for my Mac and its myriad of accessories, I took a chance on the Amazon Basics Heavy Duty Metal Surge Protector Power Strip. The bulk of external Thunderbolt and USB peripherals all came with a large transformer as part of the power connection. The generous spacing between receptacles allowed me to replace two not-fully-utilized power strips with this single unit. I was able to mount it underneath the desk using 3M double-sided tape with minimal issues. The price was definitely right for this product. Very effective solution for cable management or condensing multiple power strips into a solution which will only require a single outlet.

It's way cheaper than almost all of the alternatives, and the construction reflects that. But it functions just fine.

In total, I have 15 devices plugged in behind my TV stand. I have two outlets in the wall (4 plugs) and prior to setting up this surge protector strip, I was using two large power blocks on the floor. My TV stand is a 60” wide so there was plenty of room for this stip. It was very difficult to plug/unplug devices from the old power strips because they were behind the TV and stand all the way on the ground.I was discussing power options with a friend of mine and he mentioned something about these desk style bench strips so I started looking on Amazon and sure enough, the AmazonBasics brand was the cheapest and had a lot of good reviews.Once I received it, the hard work began. I pulled out my entertainment center and unplugged everything. The power strip attached to the back of my TV stand at the top using 4 screws, 2 on each side. The screws are NOT included with the power strip. Once attached, it was just a matter of plugging in and zip tying the cables to make it much cleaner.Some people might be worried about the 600 joules, but honestly although I have all 12 outlets filled, I only use 3 at most at a single given time so I do not believe there would be an issue. (If you live in areas with unstable weather, please use the recommended joules for your area)Now, if I need to add/remove a plug, I simply have to lean around the tv and access the power strip without needing to climb behind the TV stand. Se ve de buena calidad , la pegue con cinta 3M a mi mueble y quedó perfecta , tiene espacio suficiente entre contactos para cargadores grandes. Hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún problema la recomiendo al 100%

Needed a plug with a large gap between outlets, this was even wider than i expected. Wish it had a right-angle plug at the wall instead of standard, but it works.

Works perfectly for my needs. I run it along the wall just under desk height. Covers all of the power supplies necessary for a router, cable modem, two external HDD units, a USB hub, three monitors and a computer. Wiring is still busy, but much more manageable.

I mounted the on the wall behind my wall mounted big screen TV. Worked great to hide all my power cords for all my accessories.
