Missing rubber on one wheel
Seems to be a good product but missing the rubber sheath for one of the wheels. No obvious way on the app to ask for a replacement without returning the whole product, which I dont want to do as no longer have the packaging.

Bright and sturdy.
Wonderful! Sturdy and easy to put together. Bright and the little seat and blocks are a wonderful touch. Highly recommended.

Not very safe
It's just impossible to turn with and if you don't have carpet the thing just rolles super fast and baby can only stop with it in the wall the nose of the lama is constantly hitting the wall and in some spots it actually hit the wall off.

Poor quality and alignment issues.
Unfortunately the pre-drilled holes for mounting the head were wonky so when the head was fitted the seat wouldn’t close properly. Returned for a refund. Was going to buy another but I see another reviewer with the exact same problem and they tried two units. Shame really, it’s not cheap compared to other walkers, they just need to sort out their quality control.

The Best Toy Ever!
I just received this today, I saw one in a toy store and new my granddaughter had to have it (okay, I wanted it to 😁) it was easy to put together took me about 10 minutes. This is very sturdy and will be around for a long time. Did I say it was the cutest???
