Why did you choose this product over others?:excellent product. Had tried other options but with no avail. Used on my old doggy in the bath and combed off the fleas which just floated in the water as they were already dead!

My dog caught fleas and this shampoo was really effective for ridding her of them. The first couple of uses the live fleas literally jumped off of her in the bath. I combed her through while she had the shampoo in to try to get the eggs too and then rinsed it off which seemed to work well for her.The shampoo smells strongly of the peppermint and smells clean although it is quite a strong smell so it might be overpowering in a small enclosed space. It is a lot better smelling than other flea shampoos we have used.It is expensive for dog shampoo but it does work and it was worth it for us and a big positive is that it is a plant based formula and full of natural ingredients.The only negative I have is that my dog is long haired and for some reason after being bathed in this shampoo it made her slightly statically charged where some times when we stroked her we (me and the dog) would both get a static shock but this didn’t last long and went after a couple of days.Overall I would recommend this as a very effective flea treatment and we will continue to buy and use it.

This absolutely does work and fast! I’m not sure how it’s got the ‘don’t buy’ reviews! Genuinely very very impressed with this purchase. We usually use advantage flea treatment however the fella wanted to try something cheaper. Well they got fleas and bad. Bought this as a go between as it was too early to apply the advantage as we’d not long since given them the cheaper treatment. And I am so glad we did. All fleas dead, no scratching and no issues at all. 1 wash with this and completely flea free! I don’t mind the scent on this and my cockapoos have sensitive skin that is irritated by mist shampoos and we have to buy them gentle dog shampoo but this caused no issues or irritation at all. It may seem expensive but to not have an infestation in your home it is more than worth the cost.

5 stars. best thing I've used!been fighting a flea infestation for over a year and no matter what we tried we couldn't get on top of it!. every drop, house spray, flea bomb, tablet you name it I've tried it!only used this once so far and it's already the best product I've tried. I could actually see the flea dirt and little fleas coming off my dogs. (aswell as the big ones).I'm now hopeful it will be the end of our nightmare.

Smells really nice but my dog is still scratching she looks nice a clean shiny coat but for killing fleas I'm not 100% convinced and very pricey you don't always pay for what you get

I've just had my very first flea issue with my 2 cavachons, and to say I was horrified is an understatement!!! And to make matters worse, my daughter in law and baby granddaughter are staying with me atm as well. I've bought pretty much an arsenal of different things to treat the dogs as well as my home, and out of about the dozen things I bought, and paid a fortune for, this was one of the most effective treatments, along with the items I list below.. I washed both of them and left it on 5-10 minutes before rinsing off, and it started to work from the first wash, unlike the other flea shampoos I'd been using. I also bought Frontline Plus for the long term treatment (I'd been using a cheap flea treatment) and Capstar to immediately kill the fleas (starts killing them within 30 minutes but you have to give a few daily repeated doses) and for the house I bought Formula C+ treatment spray and flea foggers for each room. I'm glad to say that the dogs and the house are now completely flea free. I'll always use this shampoo going forward and I will also continue paying the extra for Frontline Plus.
