I ordered this in hopes of finding a high-quality roller in the UK that would compare to the one I have back in the US (which I am now wishing I would have shipped my other one). It is firm enough, but the material that it is made of feels of very poor quality. Just taking off the plastic wrap, I accidentally took a small chunk out of it with my fingernail...so it is rather cheap foam if the act of unwrapping it can damage it. I expect it will start to breakdown after some use. For now it will have to do..I just wish someone would start selling the OPTP therapy grade rollers in the UK.

I purchased this after trying out a friend's and I am very happy with the quality, it is better than the cheaper two layer version. I have M.E so am unable to be very active which causes stiffness and muscle tension: although I can only use the roller gently and for a very limited amount of time I still feel the benefit. I purchased the 90 cm roller to use by lying along the length then relaxing to release my spine. The roller is very light so easy for me to manage. Meglio have useful videos on their website.

Happy with this foam roller. Only negative is that I don't think is sufficient for deep tissue massage however good enough for day to day stretching and muscle massage.

Appears to be a very well made product. No signs of deformity after several weeks of using and no rough seams like some rollers. The roller is long and and a large diameter for a roller and has many uses for self myofacial release and doing core stabiolity exercises on. I purchased the roller mainly to lay on it on my back while letting my arms drop towards the floor. Very relaxing stretch that can easily be maintained on this roller for minutes at a time to try and help postural issues from sitting at my desk most of the day. Also ideal size and texture for doing thoracic extensions to address this issue. Several weeks of daily use and my rounded shoulder posture is showing signs of notable improvement.

Awesome. I love this and I love the density and the length of it. A lot of people have mentioned the seam getting in the way, to me, it's not a big deal. My only annoyance is with the size of the box it came in. It was well over twice the size of the roller, my 6yo daughter could lie flat inside and was devastated when I recently got rid of it because it's completely unnecessarily big. Sort it out Amazon, we're trying to save the planet you know...

I started using these rollers at Pilates and they do my spine a lot of good. I think I lean forward too much every day e.g. computer work, and the roller resets my spine somehow so everything is more in order. I don't know how it works but if you do a lot of computer work I highly recommend getting this good value version of a Pilates roller. Some are far more expensive but this is just right. I lie on it a few times a day just to get my spine aligned and feel much better for it.

arrived very quickly and well packaged.pretty satisfied with the product. it is quite firm but it does the job.When rolling your calves on it, do that gently, that can be quite painfuldepending on how much downward pressure you put down and all in allimpressed with it. I know there are cheaper options but bought thisproduct based on other reviewers so happy with my decision.

Ever since I got this 3-4 months ago I’ve been using it everyday: the small bumps are really helpful for muscle massage and pain relief. It’s advertised as hard but you can bend it (without snapping) quite easily. Overall I’m satisfied however it’s quite expensive compared to alternatives so keep that in mind!

Ho comprato questo foam roller sia per gli allenamenti, per preparare i muscoli, sia per massaggiare la schiena per problemi recenti di rigidità, e devo dire che funziona egregiamente: dopo aver usato il rullo, quando provo a toccarmi le punte dei piedi flettendo la colonna a ginocchia estese, arrivo molto più giù di quando non lo uso, questo fa capire quanto il muscolo diventi più flessibile! Studiando fisioterapia ed essendo quindi del settore, posso dire che il rullo liscio è meglio di quelli low cost con le scanalature (inutili se non dannose) che si trovano nelle grandi catene sportive, rotola molto meglio senza incantarsi, inoltre eviterete fastidiosi e dolorosi edemi! Ho scelto il modello da 45 cm perché è abbastanza lungo da poterlo usare comodamente su entrambi i glutei (quelli da 30 cm che si vedono comunemente sono molto limitanti, non riesci a massaggiare bene entrambi i glutei e gli arti inferiori), ma allo stesso tempo è anche pratico da trasportare! Preferisco inoltre il fatto che sia pieno e non cavo, perché resisterà sicuramente di più nel tempo. E' giustamente duro per garantire l'efficacia del massaggio e sembra proprio che non sia destinato a diventare ovale come tanti altri roller di bassa qualità. Usato quotidianamente con costanza, vedrete grossi benefici, risolverete gran parte dei problemi delle contratture, negli allenamenti sarete più flessibili! Per me è top, chiunque, dallo sportivo al sedentario, dovrebbe averne uno!

Lo compré para poder estirar la espalda después de los entrenamientos.En sí esta bien y cumple su función, pero tiene una línea, digamos donde cierra la circunferencia que se nota.Por lo que cuando estas apoyando con tu peso sobre el rodillo, esa linea al pasar por el suelo por ejemplo se nota y se bloquea un poquillo.Supongo que cuanto menos peses, menos se nota.

Nachdem ich keine Zeit mehr fürs fitnessstudio habe, habe ich mich pur.life angemeldet, um in erster Linie yoga und faszientraining zu machen. Meine alte tolle war viel zu hart und der Trainer meinte sie haben Pilatesrollen, weil die weicher sind... musste ich natürlich sofort haben.Was soll ich sagen, läuft mit ihr hier viel besser.Punktabzug gibt es, weil sie sehr empfindlich ist. Weiß nicht genau was mein Kind gemacht hat. Aber an der Seite war der schaumstoff sofort eingedrückt.Kann die Rolle also empfehlen , allerdings vor kinder oder Tieren fernhalten.

io faccio pilate posturale e con questo rigido rullo riesco a decontrarre ogni muscolo. usato tutti i giorni per circa 20' almeno. all'inizio rilascia un po' di unguento relativo alla schiuma. pulire bene con alcol sia il pavimento che il rullo. dopo pochi utilizzi stop.45cm sufficienti anche per esercizi sul dorso. molto comoda la sensazione massaggiante dei pin della texture. rimane rigido e non si infossa.

Jetzt lagert sie auf dem Balkon.Allerdings glaube ich nicht, dass es bei Rollen anderer Herszeller, oder Vertreiber besser ist.Eine Materialangabe wäre hier sinnvoll.Ich werde die Rolle jedenfalls nicht an die blanke Haut lassen, soviel steht fest.Nachtrag:Rolle verbreitet nach mehrstündigem lüften nur noch schwachen Geruch. -Hätte ich nicht erwartet. Lo poco que lo he usado me ha gustado mucho. Por ponerle alguna pega, decir que la unión se nota un poco cuando pasas por esa zona. Lo volvería a comprar. A ver la durabilidad, porque he tenido otro que no me dio buen resultado.

L'ho provato oggi, in realtà l'ho provato per fare riabilitazione alla caviglia (esercizi col piede) e in generale sul corpo, comunque l'ho trovato comodo perchè è rigido ma nello stesso tempo morbido e i pintini sono molto delicati.L'ho trovato un ottimo prodotto piano piano cercherò di utilizzarlo al meglio delle sue capacità ma per ora mi piace, è bello da vedere, poco ingombrante.

Dalla descrizione dettagliata avevo grandi aspettative ma purtroppo una volta provato sono rimasta delusa in quanto è troppo morbido e non si sente assolutamente nessuna pressione, massaggio o altro sulle gambe, le piccole bolle in rilievo non si sentono proprio scompaiono dentro al rullo diventando liscio, se viene acquistato per questo utilizzo mi dispiace ma non l’ho trovo utile.

unico neo, da nuovo per un po', quando viene compresso con il peso dell'utilizzatore, lascia tracce di unto, tipo silicone. Attenzione se lo usate su pavimenti, possono risultare scivolosi dopo averlo usato. Per il resto è perfetto per consistenza e si presta a moltissimi usi

Pensaba que era de mejor calidad. No soporta bien el peso del cuerpo y se hunde un poco en el medio, formando una curvatura. Detalle: No tengo sobrepeso. O sea que por calidad, deja mucho a desear ya en la primera vez que se utiliza. Por las dimensiones, a mi me va muy bien. Puedes conseguir massagear la espalda y lumbares.

Il rullo è esattamente come nella foto e le misure sono giuste. E' il primo rullo che uso e quindi non posso fare paragoni, però lo trovo gradevole al tatto e mi sembra abbastanza rigido da non deformarsi. Sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto.

Ich habe mir diese Rolle in den Längen 45 cm und 90 cm bestellt.Der Härtegrad ist für mich gerade richtig, da die Rollen nicht steinhart sind, allerdings auch nicht nachgeben.Benutze die verschiedenen Längen für verschiedenen Übungen.Würde ich wieder bestellen!
