The first time I purchased this, it worked wonderfully. The shampoo was thick and luxurious. It also smelled very nice and added volume and shine to my hair. I reordered it last week and it is completely different. The shampoo is not thick, but very liquidy and has no fragrance. After washing my hair, and blowing it out, it was dry, frizzy, and difficult to work the brush through while blow drying. I am convinced that this product has been watered down, as the results the second time around are like night and day. I am extremely disappointed by this, as I thought I had found a reasonably priced sulfate and paraben free shampoo that would preserve the integrity of my keratin treatments.

Oh, goodness. I am starting to think that all of these great reviews that are in exchange for discounted prices are not as unbiased as they claim – I guess I am pretty naïve. :-) I used this product with high hopes and paid for the entire system. After one use my hair was out of control and I had to rewash with a different product to calm it down. The picture below is AFTER I used it - LOL!!! Big mistake... I seldom write reviews, but wanted to help other avoid this mistake.

Pro: My keratin-treated hair really likes this product.Pro: The whole set is well-priced.Con: You have to buy the whole set, you cannot buy just the shampoo or conditioner or hair mask. So it's really not that well-priced after all.Con: Too much fragrance for my taste.Con: A ridiculous amount of packaging. The whole set comes in a large plastic-wrapped cardboard box, inside the box is a large plastic insert to keep the bottles from rattling around. Each bottle is shrink-wrapped with more plastic. Each bottle also has the peel-off cover inside the caps and lids. Overkill.Summary: There are other products out there that are just as good that don't include all the wasteful packaging, or require you to purchase the whole set if you only need one component.

I've used this couple times. I will start off my saying my hair is processed and it had been months before using this. Not to the point of extreme damage but it was dry and brittle. I used different shampoos and conditioners and thought I'd try this one. I have to say this did NOT help at all. My hair breaks off even more using these products. I tried the first time and thought it was just because my hair was damaged. But tried a couple weeks after and SAME THING happened. Waste of my money and my hair. This has made my hair so dry and pointy when touching my skin. There are so much better all natural products. I'm just sticking with coconut oil.

Very very disappointed for such an expensive product. Left my hair very dry. Don't recommend for anyone that has soft curls.

I have been skeptical about purchasing hair products on Amazon after my last purchased product was completely different from the previous order of the same product, not to mention the scathing reviews of knock offs. So I get it! I know many don't promote amazon shopping for hair products, but I have to say this product is pretty darn amazing! I rarely take time to write reviews, but since I used reviews to make my decision, I kinda felt I needed to pay my dues! I have very curly, dry hair & had my hair lightened for the summer and trimmed on Friday & didn't wash until Monday. My hair felt wrecked after my first wash with my other color care shampoo & conditioner. My ends were so bad I thought I was going back for a 3 inch trim! 😭. But, thankfully, my order arrived Monday afternoon and Tuesday I used the reg conditioner and Wednesday I used the mask conditioner (this is not as recommended, but I was short on time yesterday) and my hair feels a million times better!!!!! I'm so surprised and so happy!! So if you have hair that is dry and damaged, I totally recommend this!! They even email you a schedule of how/when to use the product. 😃

Didn't do anything for me. But everyone is different. Made my hair fallout more. I prefer Biotara for frizz free hair. Alot less hair fallout. You can get it at Sally's on line ALOT cheaper. Best hair care I ever bought. I DO NOT recommend Advance Hair Repair. Don't waste your money. I'm pretty sure most , not all, reviews are fake. Most comments look to similar to be real. Yes , I read just about all comments on facebook and Amazon.

I cannot say enough good things about this product!! I used it for the first time and WOW!!! My hair has never looked this good (when I am the one styling it!! lol) but I am just amazed. Their customer service is also amazing. I was happy to receive an email from their customer service advising me the best way to use the product. Thank you SO much! I will be buying again in the future!

Great product leaves hair super soft and manageable
