Great for salads and pizza
I use this for when making salads and I can chop everything more fine which I love. Also great for cutting tortillas, small pizzas and chopping

Excellent tool for some products
I bought this to help me cut things after a shoulder replacement. I will never cut an apple any other way! Meat cutting remains a challenge as I recuperate, because I am right handed and can’t put pressure on it because it is my right shoulder. But it works well on tender meat, like pot roast, or skinless chicken. I wish it came with a blade cover - it is very sharp and should not be in a drawer without one. Great value for the price, and I know I’ll put it to even better use when I am healed.

Lefty Is My New Normal
This knife is easy to use with one hand. It cuts through pizza crust like butter. The knife comes in It's own plastic case. Love it!

It is super sharp and does NOT have a blade cover
A blade cover would have been a deal breaker. Wish I had noticed that. It’s too sharp to put in a drawer which would dull it and cut the hell out of you. The flimsy plastic wrapper it comes with easily sliced when I tried to put it back inside. Good tool just needs a cover for safety
