It worked perfect for my job

Wow!
This worked really well for removing ceramic tile. Removed 80sqft. in about 20 mins with no holes in the wall. I recommend this! Btw I was using a rotary hammer drill with hammer selection.

Effective, but a bit short
I bought this for my Harbor Freight (HF) rotary hammer. I wasn't sure when this chisel would arrive, so I started my project with a HF 10 inch, 1.5 inch tile chisel which did a good job getting the tile off my floor. I probably could have finished the job with that combo. When the Firecore chisel arrived I had roughly 25% of my project left, enough to give it a comparative shakedown. It was more or less comparable to the longer yet narrower HF chisel, but of the two I seemed to like the Firecore a bit more. I don't know if it was the wider blade or somewhat sharper edge, bit it seemed a bit easier to get under the tiles I was removing than it was with the HF chisel. Not a night-and-day difference, but notable. The one thing I don't like about the Firecore is it's a bit on the short side. As I press in on a tough spot in the mortar, the chisel breaks through, the hammer moves forward, and with the short chisel shank my fingers end up near or against the debris. Yeah, wear a good set of gloves and it's not a problem, but the longer HF chisel gives me time to ease up before finger surfing in the broken tile.Buuut.... that's the only nitpick. Overall I do like the Firecore - it's held up fine so far and seems to do a slightly better job than my HF bit.

My husband says they are great quality, perfect size, and good price.

make sure you order a size closer to the size of the tile.
I didn't realize how small it is, compared to the tile I needed to remove.

Sharp edge
I used this to remove approximately 80 sf of ceramic tile. It has a good working angle for getting under tile and a crisp, sharp edge to keep digging in for a clean undercut. The edge did not curl or dent for the small job I did. I would recommend this product.

Life saver!!!!
We have been getting ready to renovate the kitchen, and these tiles were a pain. We tried other machines and they didn’t work, got this and wow! Game changer. Best purchase ever for any home renovation.
