I got this around 5 months back . It is well made Shape is uniform, easy to pour into glasses, doesn’t have much of mud smell/ taste ( I had this issue with few others I bought).Wish came in bigger size though, right now it store around 6-7 glasses of water , so needs to be refilled frequently depending on how much water you drink.Will buy again

Don't feel bad if you need to make a return. I had ordered this pitcher and was not satisfied at all with what I received. I requested a replacement immediately (the lid to my pitcher didn't for on right, it was made too large and didn't sit on it correctly) after returning the defective pitcher, I received the new one a few days later. SO glad I gave it another shot and didn't settle because this pitcher is very nice! I've currently got it in a bucket of water curing for the next few days. Worth the money.

The bottom of the jug is peeling off, and it is unable to hold water—it leaks almost immediately.I'm quite disappointed, as I was really looking forward to using it. Could you please advise on how we can resolve this? I would appreciate a replacement or a refund, depending on what works best.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Packaging and delivery was good. Product broke shortly after purchase. Missed the return window per Amazon. Was not mishandled or rough with it. Was rinsing it off with water when it split in half.Must say it did keep water cold and it tasted delicious! 🤤 It is kind of small but it was just me using it so worked well. Outside of pitcher does get this white gritty film but comes off easily with a rinse of water. I will not be purchasing another one. I personally felt it was a waste of money.

I like everything about this just wish it held half gallon of water.

For all the folks out there complaining about how it oozes water- keep the jug immersed in a bucket of cold water for 4 full days, change the water after two days. Then dry the jug in shade for a day, and then your jug is ready to use.

I love it. It is so cute looking and well built. I like the way my water taste and get slightly cooler in this earthen pot/jug. One of the best thing to have in your kitchen this summer. Packaging was really nice. Came in without any damage.

The jug is poorly made with marks almost all over it. Pieces of clay seems apparent around its handle and the spout seems too small, uneven and undone. Over all very poor quality and design.
