Q: How big are these bears? In cm or inches.

The bears are right at an inch tall. I wouldn't give them to an infant who still explores everything with his or her mouth. A two year old would enjoy them with an adult, possibly making collections of them by colors or making a rainbow. Again, don't let them play with the bears alone if they put toys in their mouths. A three to four year old can play with them independently, though they continue to offer opportunities for language enrichment.

Q: Are these hard or soft plastic?

Hard plastic. Very helpful with counting.

Q: Are there 102 or 120 in the package? it says both. lol

There are 102 counters in the bucket.

Q: Can I buy sets that are all one color?

At this time the Baby Bear Counters are only available in the multi-color set.
