An excellent temperature data logger. I am using the device to monitor CH radiator and room temperature profiles in order to improve the efficiency of my CH system. Very easy to set up and record. Software supplied very intuitive. I am 70 and I have no problems using the devices.

Why does the illustration at the top of the item show TWO of these devices??? You only get one! I know it does say that WAY down in the detailed description, but I needed this (two actually!) for work in a hurry and didn't read it fully. This is what I used to call sharp practice if not actually misleading. You have to go hunting on the web for the software to operate it. I will update this IF I can actually get it to work.

Does what it says. I am using it to check the rate rooms heat up when the central heating turns on, thus I am able to optimise for fuel efficiency. The instruction manual needs quite a bit of concentration to interpret but one can get there in the end.

suggest you open very carefully as the instructions are enclosed within the covering so when you cut to open you may lose as i did the top lines of the instuctions for use . thus from the start you may be unable to use the logger and it becomes almost worthless

Great device ...does exactly what it claims to do, cross calibrates well (I have two of them and they give identical readings to one decimal place) and can be pre-programmed to take readings at a frequency (down to 1 second) to suit requirements. Beautiful German engineering .

Very good device and software. Stuck it onto room thermostat to monitor heating performance. Proved the heating system optimizer was working correctly.

The hardware looks good and high quality and seems to function correctly. It is supposed to be mac and pc compatible. However i have never been able to download useable mac software..

Compact size, relatively easy to set up and use. The software is a little dated but it is good enough to give temp trend data. I am using two of them to track room temps to optimse my central heating.
