There is so much to rave about!
I just got the projector today, and I couldn't wait to test it out. This thing is AMAZING for the price! So much to rave about: The quality of the projector seems really solid and well-built. The styling on it is nice (I got the black one). The picture is nice and bright and the picture quality is fantastic. I tried it indoors tonight and could still see the video projected on the wall even though there was a light right above it. The fans aren't crazy loud like other projectors I've seen. You can flip the image so that this can be used for rear projection and you can also skew the image so that the projector can be off to the side and not directly behind the screen. That way, you're not staring right into the projector light when it is behind the screen. Some projectors don't have that feature nor do they allow for rear projection. But this one does! The remote control is built well and the buttons are very clear. There is nothing cryptic about it and I was able to understand what each of the buttons does. The sound quality on the built-in speakers are fantastic. I thought that I couldn't mute the speakers when I am using the line out to an external speaker, but a quick email to customer service told me how to do it. And they responded VERY quickly, so I have to say that their customer support is also fantastic. It is nice to know that they are there to support their customers and believe in their product.Anyway, I hooked up my FireTV stick to this and it works really well! Perfect for an outdoor movie! I'd recommend this projector 100%.

Great affordable projector!!
Ordered this to use as a movie theater for camping, or for late nights in the back yard. With the price being around $200, I was skeptical about the quality. The whole family was blown away by how good it looked!Started watching the movie (finding Nemo) just as the sun was setting, so there was still plenty of light. Video was crisp, clear, and bright. Colors were amazing! I changed it from the standard to dynamic colors, and it did make a difference! Fair warning though, you WILL NOT be able to use this when the sun is still out! Anything more than twilight will completely wash out the image...but this isn't a $2000 projector, so you shouldn't expect that! Tested inside with some ambient light, and it was still bright enough to overcome that! Just don't expect it to work in the sun!A few other things to not about this projector. When focusing, if you notice a corner of the projector is blurry, but the center is fine, adjust the keystone ring very slightly, and like magic, everything will be in focus! The Internal speakers get plenty loud enough if you are sitting near the projector. If you are concerned about sound quality, you can get a sound bar or hook it up to a receiver/amp, but it worked 'good enough' for my kids, and that's all I cared about!!Also, get a good screen if you want a good quality projection! I was able to get some good quality, but inexpensive screen material from Carl's place to build my screen.Overall, an amazing projector at an amazing price. Watched 2 movies on it so far, hopefully we'll be enjoying many more backyard screenings throughout the whole summer!

Bright and sharp.
I have used higher end projectors and I went in with low expectation due to the price point. I was genuinely surprised a the quality and brightness of the FHD image. I have the projector about 8 feet away from the screen and the image is very sharp at that distance. Please keep in mind that this is an FHD projector and not 2k or 4k. The image is visible even with a bright light directly across from the screen - but for best performance, you should keep the ambient light to the minimum. Sound quality is good but would not fill a large room. Sound quality also degrades at higher volumes. The menu is simple and easily navigable. Apart from the standard options, the menu has Horizontal and Vertical Keystone settings and zoom options. However, the zoom feature is kinda moot as I did not see the image enlarge but just cut into - separate x- and y-zoom.If using USB like me, make sure it's not formatted to exFAT. FAT32 and NTFS are supported. Once I fixed that, the .mp4 file played just fine. When USB is selected, you have to choose from Photos, Movies etc.It has clock/timer functionality and can be set using the menu. The OFF timer works great but the ON timer just comes to the USB selection screen instead of playing the .mp4 file!.
