Fabric Palette 2-1/2-Inch by 42-Inch Cuts Jellies 100-Percent Cotton, 20-Pack, Long Road Batik (Fіvе Расk)

I signed up for a class to make a nearly 2-foot tall basket out of rope created from strips of fabric. So, purchasing a jelly roll helped greatly in reducing the number of tedious steps involved. The colors were lovely. The fabric though had a lot of starch in it; and generally you do not pre-wash strips or fabric for this type of project. I don't think the quality of the fabric was very good but it was good enough for my purposes. I would not purchase this for a quilt or quilting project; however I would purchase it again for a project such as the one I did - creating ropes to sew together.

Used to mix in with plain fabric strips for quilt making, Pretty batik but strips are cut crooked and may be a bit less than 2 inches when finished. Arrived on time :-)

Love the colors! I bought 2 rolls, then got 2 more; before actually working with the first ones purchased. I finally got them out and started a Jelly Roll Race quilt, and wow, are the strips crooked! Some have clearly been cut without regards to squaring the fabric, others are just cut badly.

were a dissapointment to me. Some of them ARE NOT 2-1/2" as the ad says. They are slightly off and it really screwed up my project and thus I had to trim my quilt squares to a slightly smaller size. I am not happy with this product. I didn't write a review afterwards, I should have but was busy getting my projects done. Now, a few months later, I had to write a negative review...Sorry, but I should have insisted on a refund.

The fabric is very nice, I haven’t used it yet but plan on doing so soon.
