Automotive Technology: A Systems Approach Hardcover – 21 Feb. 2014

Really, really good book - but for a British mechanic (working on European cars and studying an IMI-run course) I find the content and language a little irrelevant. Like our own IMI-approved books, this is written to help people get enough knowledge to pass the US accreditation. That said, it's very very in depth and covers all bases in great detail, if you can see past the American focus or, are looking to become accredited in the US.That's the only reason it misses out on 5 stars - it really is good other than the above. Sadly though the cost of this versus say the Hillier's and Bosch books means I'll have to return this.
