I was on a trip and had left my notebook charger at home. Got on Amazon and ordered the Innergie 65U Universal Laptop Charger! I got it quickly at my destination and it worked great for my charging needs. It has a compact charger with retractable plug, multiple charger tips for various notebook brands, and a perfect length cable to reach the wall! It is my go-to charger and is in my backpack for all my trips as well. This is my third Innergie product purchase and I will be a customer for all my future needs in their product line. Also, their customer service is fantastic as I needed to replace a misplaced tip on a prior product. Wondeful product and company that stands behind their products!

Wow! I have to say, these guys are a class act! I bought one because I wanted a lightweight charger with a little less cord than the standard Dell power bricks. At the time I bought it, I had a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 and the adapters that came with it worked perfectly. I repurposed that laptop and gave it to one of my employees and went back to my old faithful Dell 6430u and unfortunately it didn't come with a tip for it. I emailed Innergie with my serial number on the power adapter and bam! These guys shipped me a new tip super fast! With the new tip, I can support my 6430u and my work provided Dell 7490. I will probably be ordering another just to have an extra that I could put in another bag. Super lightweight and compact. I highly recommend the product and the company. You won't regret it!

It did not fit any of my 65 Watts or under devices; a few old/new laptops and some NUCs - before you critique me (not a laptop, I know, but still should work as a 19v 45W power supply). It is indeed super tiny (the reason for the buy) BUT the fact that you have to go to some website and beg for free tips and chose from a list (which by the way did not have one of my laptops) is annoying. You wait for something to arrive, you unbox and want to use it. Why could they not put more common tips in there? For example, the overwhelmingly popular 5.5mm barrel jacks (2.1 and 2.5 mm ID) are not there. Is this just a way for them to collect "registration" (ahem personal) info? Because they ask for name, address and serial number of what you bought. Anyway, in the box it goes, until I find a use for it......

Appears to be a truly universal set for 99% of all laptops excluding MAC/OS devices, although I believe they sell a different product for those. As described. Lightweight and small, does not overheat beyond 40-45C/115F; charged my Acer from dead dead dead battery to full in less than two hours. So long as the circuitry remains in good condition, I expect this unit to last a long time. It’ll also work for any laptop in house, and most likely any laptop I’m likely to buy in future.They do have their own proprietary pin-attachments to their cabling, but given the utility of the device, I can overlook this.

Not usable for me at the moment. I have two laptops: Dell vostro 3350, and Asus K42F, and neither fit, there are not enough tips included to make it a truly universal charger. I have other no-name inexpensive chargers and the do fit so it’s rather disappointing that a leading brand namefalls short in this respect. Also not worth the hassle to return it. My advice to the vendor is to provide clearer and more elaborate information regarding compatibilityEdit: excellent customer service, I received extra 3 tips which cover exactly the laptops I use. Works well.

I did receive it and it DID NOT have an adapter that fit my DELL Laptop. They gave an e-mail address to contact if this was the case and they would ship one that did, free of charge. I did EM but never heard back for anyone....

This adaptor works for several laptop charging. My friend, Laura, always brings 2 laptops, Dell Inspiron and ASUS Zenbook, when she in on a business trip. I gave her this adaptor as a birthday gift on December and she loves it because now she only has to take this little thing with her to charge her 2 laptop. It saves the space and the weight when she packs her bag. I am so glad it can bring such a convenience to her trips.

This power adapter is perfect for travel, it’s small and light. However, buy this only if the tips it comes with fits your laptop. I asked Innergie to provide me a tip to fit my Lenovo laptop few months ago, and no one has bothered to respond to me. Buy at your own risk
