This battery fits well and the battery health settings show 100% and peak performance. It charges without overheating and it definitely holds charge for longer than the old battery. I'm not sure it lasts longer than the original battery did when the phone was new, so I'd question the extra capacity claim. On the whole though, better quality than a lot of the others on the market.Comes with tools that are decent enough to fit the battery, though you will need something thin and strong to remove the screen if it is the original. I'd recommend a Caytek spudger.

Instructions and included tools were very clear and there are good guides on ifixit.Removing the old battery was the hardest bit, the magic adhesive stuff snapped (common issue) and it took about 30 mins of very carefully prying the old battery out....Overall a good product.

I can't really opine on the battery. I suspect it'll do the job. A big caveat for all DIY'ers though: When you take it apart with the suction thing and the plastic tool, it's quite easy to deform the metal frame. When you want to put it together it won't necessarily fit and if you push it, you can impair the screen. The screen is glued to the metal frame with some rubber around it. All very very fiddly. I suspect it depends on how much wear and tear the phone had. Filth accumulates between rubber, screen and frame and once you start taking it apart it tends to stick. The bit with the actual battery replacement is actually quite easy and intuitive. It has to be said that these phones have been designed to never be taken apart, not even by those who made them (ie Apple and licensed people). They'd rather you just go and buy a new phone... obviously. Interesting experience though. Took me 2-3h to put it back together, and I am not the most unsuitable person for these kind of endeavours.

Would not recommend this at all.Fitting was as expected. The tools supplied are very poor quality and would not be sufficient on their own, but I had some from changing the battery on my previous iPhone, so was fine.The battery itself does not seem fully compatible with the phone. When the charge is below around 15%, everything becomes very unresponsive and the whole phone is virtually unusable until plugged in and recharged. Having extra capacity sounds great, but there isn't much point if you aren't able to actually make use of it!The worse thing is after 1 month, the battery health as indicated the the settings was already down to 89%. It has now been 3 months since fitting and this has further degraded to 77% and is now telling me it needs a service.Basically this has been as waste of time and money. It does supposedly have a 2 year warranty, but I would not be willing to disassemble my phone again and have to wait for another suitable replacement, if this is anything to go by.

Good product as described and has returned my phone to better than new battery status. I have changed iPhone batteries before (iPhone 4s and 5) and the SE is a harder process overall but the online videos give a good overview, especially around removing the old adhesive which is tricky.

Is not as durable as expected. To be honest almost the same as the old one I removed.

Very pleased with the replacement battery. The tools provided enabled me to open up the phone and fit the new battery. New lease of life for my phone
