I can't yet comment on how good the battery is as it requires several power cycles for the iPhone to get to know it, but so far it's working really well. I was impressed with the quality of the tools to help take the phone apart, the packaging and the instructions although printed small (so are the parts you need to move) were spot on. It's not a job for someone with aging eyes and it gave me a migraine but I managed to take the phone apart and put back together without too much swearing. Take your time pulling out all of the adhesive that sticks the battery to the case. I tried to lever the battery out before completing and that just doesn't work. Also be careful when re-attaching the ribbon cables. First time I did it one wasn't in properly but the iPhone to it's credit just popped up a warning and started anyway (was the screen touch censor). I will update if I have any issues with the battery but so far certainly better than the old one which wasn't holding charge at all. For the money absolute bargain to revitalise what is still a very good smartphone.

This product came well packaged. It was very easy to fit as it came with all the tools, adhesive pads and very easy instructions to follow. I have had compatibility issues once fitted. My battery life is as good as new. Would I recommend this product. YES.

4 Stars given as instruction pictures could have been clearer and it would have been good to know to ensure that the screws must not be mixed up before the instruction to remove them. The magnetised tools were good to a point, especially in removing the screws but a hinderance when trying to fit the smallest of them back in. All in all a good battery, fitted with the tools provided but the additional assistance of a you tube video was required.

Arrived the same day and came with all the tools to do the job. I have replaced several iPhone batteries over the years and this is by far the best kit for itFor iPhone 6S only. The connector is slightly different to iPhone 6 batteriesCharge seems to hold well, any issues I will update my review in the future (19/05/21)Top tip: If you snap the adhesive strips while trying to get old battery off, don’t worry - rub some Isopropyl Alcohol on an old card and carefully slide it under one side of the battery and wiggle it till the battery comes loose - this weakens the adhesive bond and prevents the risk of bending or piercing the old battery

A@@le’s Genius experience recommended that I scrap my mobile and upgrade. Great sales pitch and refused point blank to replace my battery which was clearly faulty. I saw this replacement kit advertised on Amazon and watched a couple of ‘How to’ videos on YouTube and purchased this replacement battery kit. You receive everything you need including the different screw drivers, which were magnetized and came with clear and concise instructions. Installation took less than 5 minutes and now my iPhone 6 is as good as new. There are slightly cheaper versions of this replacement battery kit but this is about a third of the cost of what A@@le were going to charge had they been bothered. A perfect item and very highly recommended. Thank you.

Took a good chunk of time to install - I’d leave an hour to do it. At various points in the instructions it advises using a hairdryer or heat gun on the phone body, so that the adhesive used to seal the phone together will become pliable. However, this ended up with scorching some of the phone - though there does not seem to be an effect it’s use. The supplied adhesive was very hard to apply and does not seem to seal the phone together as well as it was previously. Battery is an improvement however and does seem to hold its charge.

Really good instructions, replaced my iPhone 6 battery. If you don’t have a heat gun, a hairdryer works just as good removing the strips behind the original battery (heat the back of the iPhone before taking the battery out or pulling the strips) makes the process easier. Good tip, make sure to put the screw aside in the same pattern as you took them out, as some are shorter than others.
