These will fit most size legs. Plenty of stretch to them and when pulled up, they are knee high in length. I have bad ankle pain from equestrian mishaps along with normal wear and tear. I use these when I am home for comfort and pain relief, I have not used them for yoga yet. I leave these scrunched and the light warmth they give helps to ease that pain somewhat. The color although described as white, is more of an off white which I actually prefer, but I know it might be important to others to have that information.

These look exactly as pictured, they are comfortable and I have no complaints. The quality seems good, although I haven't used them or washed them yet.
