The shorts are fine but I've knocked off two stars because they took so long to arrive and I was tempted to knock more off. If the product was out of stock it should simply have said so and I would have chosen a different colour, as it was by the time they arrived my holidays and been and gone, I feel I not only had to wait for them to be made from the start but I must also of had to wait for the cotton to be harvested and quite possibly the first crop failed , so had to wait further for the cotton to be replanted then grow then harvest again by which time the manufactures had gone on their own vacation , so had to wait further for them to come back and make the shorts, which when made, must of had issues with freight handlers being on strike because they still hadn't arrived ! Decent product spoiled by long wait. (lots of other worldwide orders arrived in a fraction of the time)

Great fitting pair of shorts. Was actually surprised how well they fitted as I was skeptical about buying trousers (or shorts) online. But have no fear, these fitted PERFECTLY. However... do not expect these shorts to be top grade fabric. They were a lot thinner than I have imagined. And the colour is not exactly what I had also imagined.... BUT... I am very happy with what came as these are GREAT summer shorts. Light and airy around the parts that matter!And the colour was also a pleasant surprise. More a pastel than a khaki. But I LOVE them and will probably buy some more. Okay, never thought I'd have much to say about garment purchasing, but there you go... :-))

Really nice style, nice fit. However the crotch tore badly after a few days of wear, so that renders them pretty useless. I can’t imagine it was a faulty batch as they appeared fine otherwise.

These grey shorts are OK but the material is quite thin. They fit (34) but I expected, from the photo, a slightly heavier less "tidy" shorts. They are quite well made except that the flap over the zip does not stay in place and the zip is revealed.

Well made and good fit,I bought a second pair on the strength of the first pair, the only criticism is the belt illustrated is not included in the deal

I originally ordered the 42 inch waist but they were more like a 44. This pair are 40 inch and fit much better, returning the 42 inchers was easy and I was refunded hours after I dropped them off at the Post Office. I have only tried this pair on to make sure they fit and haven't worn them yet. Hence the 3 star impartial rating. Must also be noted these aren't canvas as I would have preferred but thinner cotton, more suited to summer than general wear.

Very disappointed both pairs same pocket the popper has ripped out of the fabric when the wearer has tried to open the pocket. Considering the cost I was expecting a better quality of product.It is a shame because they are brand new and they should be more robust and longer lasting.

I really liked the shorts and I bought 2 pairs. My only complaint is the sizing seemed to be way off. Granted, it does say "slim fit"; however, I didn't think it was even close. I originally purchased a 34, which is the size I wear in every pair of pants/shorts I own, and had to return them and buy 38s! Once I solved the size dilemma, though, I did like them.

I would have given it a 5, but the belt wasn't included. If you scroll through everything and see at the very last place, you'd expect to find, you will see it says "Belt Sold Separately". This needs to be up front or have the belt "greyed" out. A lot of sellers photoshop their pics, so you know the belt does not come with. But instead this seller pretty much has a belt in 95% of their photos. If it was a featured photo, I could understand. But basically ALL of them? I wouldn't be shocked if others bought this thinking a belt came with.ANYWAY. The shorts are for my husband. They were tight, so we had to size up, but they actually area a really good quality. Otherwise, we wouldn't have bought a new pair. Heavy duty. Big pockets. Really pleased with the quality, just size up!! You will regret it if you don't.Also..BEWARE...."F Camo" style shorts look better in the photos. I don't think I noticed it, but when they arrived I saw they were not a true "camouflage". The photos make it look like 3 colors. But if you look closely, there are only 2 colors. Green & black.

I am glad I followed advice of other reviewers. I normally wear 34. I am 185 lbs. and 6' 1", and I am a little more of an athletic build. If you are 6' and truly skinny build, then you would be fine with the 34s, most likely. I ordered a 36 according to the recommendation of other buyers and it was a good move. The 36 in these, especially with a wash, fits like most of my 34s usually do. Thank you for the heads-up! Good length, good material so far, especially for the price point.

When I saw these shorts I definitely liked them and decided to buy one. But when I received mine I noticed that they were poorly made. It seems that these guys ran out of fabrics to make a good product.The front pockets are horrible. You can see that there is a white fabric on the inside (I think that they are afraid of using too much of the camouflaged fabrics that they use to make them)I wore it for about 3 to 4 hours, during this time I had my wallet in one of the side pockets and my cellphone in the other because I thought that it was going to be more comfortable to carry these items around. But, the side pockets started to unstitch by themselves. When I saw this I noticed that they weren't as tough as army pants are supposed to be.I'm returning this item because it was defective and I was charged $28 dollars for it. Hopefully I get my money back.Now I'm skeptical abut buying things on Amazon because of the lack of consideration that these sellers have for the customers that pay their hard earned money for the garbage that is being sold in this place.Don't buy this.

I’m very disappointed. Before lunch, on the first day I was wearing them, the zipper split open. I’m not talking about the zipper being down. The pull was still up at the top, but the zipper was open. I managed to get it fixed, and by the end of the day, I had figured out that it wouldn’t do that if I left the zipper down about a half inch from the top. I decided that I could deal with that. It was just a nuisance. Today, though, after wearing them four times, I noticed that they’re starting to split at one of the seams. Not good.Update: I have officially retired these shorts. They didn’t even last a season. They have two holes in them, and another in one of the pockets.

Excellent quality but definitely go one size larger than you would expect. They seem well made and durable. I would compare the material to the Winter BDU's I had in the Army back in the 90's. It comes with a draw string on the legs and waist which I cut out simply because I do to care for that look and I have no functional use for them. Other than that I felt they look great. I usually wear a size 36 waste and went with a size 38 based on previous reviews and that worked well for me.

A well made pair of shorts, for the price. The material is thick and stitching looks well done. Based on other reviews, I ordered a size up, which appears to have been unnecessary. The size 36 fits as you would expect a size 36 to fit, which is large for my 34 inch waist. Washed in hot water and no shrinking, but the sizing is nothing a belt won't fix. I would buy these shorts again, but in the correct size for my waist.

Cargo shorts, having fallen out of favor with the high fashion crowd, are getting harder to find. I should have kept on looking. These shorts are not a particularly good value. The fabric is thin. The zipper is cheap. The color, despite what is shown in the picture, is not a true khaki, but more of a pastel yellow, maybe straw in color. They also run a little large, at least in the larger size.I am not expecting much durability, although they could surprise me. Ask me in a few years.

I bought these for just work shorts. I expected these to not last super long but not even an hour into work one pair ripped along the crotch and up the back and front making me use duct tape to keep it all together. The other pair was the same way. If you need some shorts you won't do anything in they are perfect if you need these for work don't buy

I initially ordered in my size, but after reading some of the reviews change to a larger size. I like the camo pattern, but think these are too heavy to wear in hot weather. Reading some of the comments, they come in either too small or too large. Did not come with a belt as shown.. The Chinese are deceptive in their trade practices. And they wonder why we are a little miffed with them.
