I am a diabetic and have been using this for the last ten years. Once you start using this, you will simply give up on looking for a better option. It is the best. You will not have sugar craving anymore, not at all. Use two mini Hermesetas Sweetners in your coffee an it tastes even beter than the original sugar. In all this time I have forgotten what sugar tastes like this is it.Never used for cooking or such things. Just as a sweetener for coffee, tea and other drinks. Direct use only. So if anyone says otherwise, they are wrong
