This chair came extremely well packaged, a bit of a heavyweight but that is because it is so well made. I tried a chair at half this price and had to return it as it was complete tat! This chair is head and shoulders above the competition in this price range, certainly looks like it is built to last! Easy to assemble, allow about 45 minutes to take your time and not get stressed out rushing the job, tools supplied and even a pair of gloves to protect your hands (nice touch). Guaranteed product though it looks like it will easily outlast the guarantee. I have osteoarthritis in my lumbar spine and hips ( well hip, I've had one replaced ) so I would have liked the chair to rise a little higher, other than that there is nothing I dislike about this product, it is fully deserving of 5 stars. The graphics may not be suitable for a front room but in your office or den it looks totally at home, almost like sitting in a formula one car seat but somewhat bigger of course. Lumbar cushion and neck cushion if you feel they are of benefit, I don't but my grandson absolutely loved them! The chair is NOT delivered free by Amazon it costs just under a fiver for delivery, a small point but five quid is NOT FREE DELIVERY

I'm kind of short for my weight, so finding the right chair was always going to be interesting. I'm in my 40's and work from home a fair bit so wanted a good chair. Office chairs are generally a bit naff and not very good for you if you spend 8-10 hours in them per day. If you're a big person they tend to make you a bit numb too!So, spent a couple of months figuring out which chair was appropriate, which chair i liked, and which wouldn't make me look like some sad middle aged man trying to be cooler than he actually is. I bought this chair for £200 in black and grey. Didn't want stupid colours etc, not built in speakers and stuff. Didn't see the point in the foot rest, nor paying for it if I wouldn't use it.The chair itself is really easy to put together. The parts are made of good quality materials. The seat itself is really comfy. The back of the chair is really wide, the seat pad has side parts that are firmer to keep you sat in a good position. The head rest pad is good, didn't work for me in the proper holes, so I moved it up and its much better. I didn't find the lumbar pillow comfortable either so am not using it, but its the same good quality as the rest of the seat. I'm sure I'll find another use for it.Anyway, am pleased I chose this chair. If you're looking for a comfortable option for long periods then this chair would be good for you too!

Arrived securely packaged. An easy to understand installation booklet is included. Had it easily assembled in about twenty minutes. I use a rubber mallet to tap in the wheels as they can be a little tricky to insert. The quality is very good for this price. Comes with a lumber cushion for extra comfort and support. Very nice. Height is adjustable aswell as the back and works well. Very comfortable and super soft to sit on. Stitching is very good and the actual leather is not thin. A low priced gaming chair plus it is great quality. Excellent value in my opinion.

I brought this chair back in Sept of last year, and I have to say it was pretty easy to assemble on my own even pretty simple very clear instructions. It's high back is amazing for someone like myself who is a little over 6ft 1ish, though for some reason it sits very low to the floor even on maximum height. (It honestly feels like your sitting on the floor, if you have long legs like myself).Okay now, let's talk about the more...annoying features of this chair, the armrests can be adjusted in terms of height and left-right. Though they don't lock horizontally which can be a blessing and a curse, they do lock vertically though.....If they don't suddenly wear out after 2 months, which mine did which resulted in my left armrest being unable to put on the highest setting without simply unlocking and failing at the sight of any weight being put on them.Now after a little under a year later, the hydraulic cylinder is failing it can no longer stay at the highest setting without slipping after a few minutes of me sitting on it. Which due to the fact that this chair is insanely low to the ground makes the chair pretty uncomfy.Honestly if you need a chair for a few months, this will do if your short if not I would advise getting another chair*Edit* Since speaking to the team, in regards to trying to resolve my issue with the air cylinder failing they sourced a replacement rather quickly so props to them in getting it sorted. I am still a bit disappointed this has happened so quickly in the first place, but seeing as it has been resolved this is now a non-issue.

4 months and it's squeaking every time I move. The back of the chare has very flat even with the lumber sopport it's given me upper back pains after sitting at it for an hour or 2

Great gaming/working chair, confortable to sit or take a nap. A little difficult to assemble, especially when you have to do it yourself.

The gas lift started to drop and it makes alot of noises just after a year, its a shame because it is a comfortable chair and sturdy.
