this was nice as it only does what i need it for ...
i bought this because it was exactly what i needed. my ac sometimes blocks up and spills its condensed water all over my carpet.all the other water sensor products required a hub system or more pieces than necessary for additional costs.this was nice as it only does what i need it for and doesn't need a hub.pros: does what it sets out to do. its connected to my wifi (which is not that far from it). the app sends me alerts when there's water or the sensor disconnects (only happened once due to my wifi being disconnected. great feature). the app is simple and doesn't bog down my samsung s6. it doesn't do push notificiations when not required. you dont need to constantly check on the app, but it also provides the battery life for the sensor (which after two months has only gone down 15% for a couple double a's)cons: the set up instructions could use some work. the app is very sparse with information and really has no options.honestly, if it was $20 cheaper, this thing would be getting 5 stars from me.
