I ordered one of these handheld vacuum cleaners almost exactly 2 years ago, and have actually used it very little. But, I do keep it charged up for small cleanups just to keep from dragging out my large canister vac. Up until today I have been reasonably pleased with it.However, this morning when I was about to remove and empty the dust cup I noticed that it was already loose. Upon inspection I saw that the plastic around the slot on the bottom of the dust cup was broken and a piece had fallen off – basically rendering the entire vac useless, because the dust cup and the handheld portion would now no longer stay connected.I am the only one who ever used this vac, and I always handled it carefully and it had never been dropped. Unless it was cracked when I first received it, and I simply never noticed it, I don’t know why this would have happened. But, if the materials used in its manufacture are this fragile, and it is only designed for 2 years of very light use, there is no way that I would recommend this product.

Was very surprised with the overall product, easy to assemble, easy to charge (note: don't need to use the base, can plug right into vac), blinking light power charge indicator. Lightweight, easy to clean. Charge held for a few short uses over the week. Recharged 1x thus far. Note- to turn on, hold the power button for a few seconds, low noise motor that doesn't scare the dogs. I just wish it had more suction power like the Shark handheld this replaced. If you use on wood floors, use the brush insert to avoid scratching the wood surface.

Just received my vacuum so this is an initial review. Customer service is very responsive. I inquired about replacement filters and they gave me the Amazon link. Unavailable right now, but will be restocked in about a week (10/17/26). The suction is great. Reviewers that said it was weak must be comparing to a large vacuum. This is much more powerful than the handheld I owned before. In addition, it is quiet. Not whisper soft, its a vacuum! But it is very quiet. Sleek look and fits nicely in the charger. Charging lights let you know how much longer it has to charge. Very good and professional literature comes with it. I was very impressed by the quality.As for the cleaning the filter. Researching all the vacuums, this seems to be an obstacle to the benefit of a hand-held cordless vac - a quick way to pick up debris without getting out your big vacuum. If I have to clean or wash the filter every time I use it (and if washing, let it air dry), I've lost the benefit. I chose this vacuum because it didn't say that. In reading the manual, they do say it's recommend for the best performance to clean the filter every time. But the way I'm reading this is that for a quick pickup of 5 or 10 minutes, I wouldn't clean the filter. After I've used this 3 times, I'd clean it. Another handy way would be to keep on hand an extra filter you could stick in and use while you are letting the other filter dry. I still don't want to have to remove it every time I use it. But if I'm doing something like cleaning my 2 steps into the sunken living room and vacuuming my couch pillows, then I would empty and clean it. I'll try this and update later on the performance of this vac over time. It looks like the best one to me, for all of the reasons mentioned. It's also wet/dry so if my little pups messes are wet, I can use this also. I will also note if the battery lasted as promised. I like that you can buy replacement batteries. The las name brand vac I used didn't and I had to spend the full $50 if I wanted to replace it. It had no where near the suction or advantages of this wonderful vac. Very pleased with it.

Suction power gets a very good grade B. What makes this vacuum special is that the suction REMAINS very good grade B for at least the next 30 minutes (and probably longer but the battery outlasted my back). This is a very well engineered machine.And the machine comes with a few nice attachments - like a long crevice tool that adds about 6" to the reach of the machine. It has a large opening, and mine stays on the vacuum all of the time (6" in not-bending means a great deal to a bad back, or if you're vacuuming long areas such as kitchen baseboards and moldings).I did not buy this to function as a wet vac- and machine cleanup is time consuming and a little nasty. So this is NOT the way to cleanup ordinary kitchen spills. However, when you have an emergency this thing is GREAT! Mine came when a drink spilled into a very tight corner where my fire place abuts cabinets (this areas was carpeted w. plush pad-and lots of water hiding places). The vacuum recovered over 80% of the water. The carpet was dry a few hour later. I now reserve one filter for future emergency wet messes to reduce cleanup time.I bought this because I wanted a machine with good suction and continuous power- and buying an extra battery to use as needed was a big plus. But I haven't bought the battery yet because I haven't come close to needing one. (I will still buy an extra battery after a while, because I plan on using this machine for a long time.

I can't comment on battery life because I haven't had it long enough to know, but so far everything else is great. I plugged it in as soon as I unboxed it and it charged quickly. I appreciate that there are lights to tell me when it's fully charged. The suction power is excellent! It's a bit heavy for a dustbuster-type vacuum, but not so much so that it's difficult to use. The one thing I would change is designing the charging stand to hold the attachments. The stand is quite large and it seems to me that redesigning it to hold them shouldn't be too difficult. In the meantime, I'm going to figure out a way to store them next to it, maybe using Command adhesives. I hope that this vacuum works for a long time and I'm glad that I bought it.
