I absolutely love my “shaker” vib plate!! I was in an accident and unable to run/jog etc! This plate is solid, Works great, love 99 speed levels, and I feel it in my whole body!Doing different squats, lunges, and arm messages have helped tremendously!! 🙏Fast shipping and priced nice!

Stopping working after the third time. Can’t even return this item because there’s no box that UPS has that would fit this heavy thing. Regret this purchase!!!

Overall this is a good machine. I thought it was going to be bigger but I can work with the size. The vibration is a lot better than other machines. Does give a good workout if you know what you're doing otherwise its good to massage your muscles. Either way good. Vibration is deep not just a toppling table moving it really goes deep in your tissues and muscles.Cons: the machine looked like it was used and returned. But I figured I am still able to use it. Remote was broken emailed manufacturer and still waiting for the remote and its been over 30 days. Still upset about this I changed the battery and the cover was barely keeping on the remote. Plus it didnt work with the vibration machine i would press the button and wouldnt do anything. So that's why I asked for another one.Not able to do personalized workouts and change or select the vibration intensity level its pre-programmed.I pressed to add the 3yr protection plan and somehow it was removed from my basket when the order was placed so now I can't return.The button are beginning to fail I press and it beeps but it is not changing when I am pressing the up and down arrows.I will use it until it dies but I'm satisfied in stone areas and really disappointed in others so its a 50/50.

Unfortunately after 3 uses it stopped working when you stand on it now :(
