I am 138 pds, smaller in the booty area, 5 6 tall. The Medium fit me absolutely perfect, and absolutely everyone at work noticed the difference (I wear office type pants for work). I wish I had the time to work out, but I'm also lazy, so these are perfect! I recommend you buy your actual size; the back-bottom part runs up a bit, but it doesn't really affect the way it looks when you're wearing clothes over it. I bought 4 of them (had to keep the reputation going lol!)It does run slightly tight around the crotch area, but nothing you wouldn't be able to survive for a few hours (I work 9hr shifts straight and never had a problem). You tell me by the photo if you think it works. Five stars I already have a big butt this just helps tones it more and form and help firm and shape your bum. So nice I have several pair helps keep your bum toned and in my case firm round and jiggly.

Use the size chart provided by the seller. Fits as expected when followed size chart. Lost a lot of weight - with that - lost my butt! Needed some help with the butt department while working on butt exercises. Shaper does the job! Butt is lifted! Quality of shaper is decent. Material is a little stiff and could be better, but the shaper does the job, so for the price, I'm not expecting cashmere.

After reading the reviews I decided to go with the XL one. I'm usually medium, but many people commented on how it was better to go a couple of sizes up. I'm glad I did. It will hold up my butt and give support (compression) to my lower belly area without cutting off my legs, marking them up. I just wished it went up a bit higher in my hips/tummy area.I'm 5'7" and weigh 125, not too thick thighs but my overall issue is the love handles.

Works best in jeans, as other fabric maybe too thin and you will see the outline of the piece. Makes it appear as if you naturally have a butt. Definitely recommend purchase.

Uh... not so much.. Yep, I'm not ashamed... I was looking for a little "pick me up" in the buttocks zone... This product failed miserably. If I didn't have issues with returning undergarments, back to it's seller it would go! I'll just trash it, where it belongs!
