Q: I understand these do not come with gel pads. Are there aftermarket gel pads available for this particular ear pro?

Yes. I recently purchased them from MidwayUSA. They easily snap in. They are extremely comfortable. I'm a a Chief Range Safety Officer and Instructor. I spend many hours on the range and these are well worth the cost in terms of added comfort.

Q: Does this come with a warranty? How many years? And how do I file such, if ever?

Yes GSM does 1 year warranty with the factory.

Q: Does this have auto shut off?

Auto shut off can be set for 2, 4, or 6 hours. Default is 2 hours. Of course, you can manually turn them off, too.

Q: Are there on/off controls for each muff?

No, 1 on and off button controls both sides.
