Wood Glue Dispenser, 16 Oz Btl, Drip less

Another rare 5 star review - I've seen lots of the YouTube woodworking "stars" using these and recommend the Glu-bot; enough that at the price I figured I'd just add it to my cart with a completely unrelated Amazon order. I was skeptical as to how this was so wonderful and revolutionary...it's just a glue bottle! Well, I get it now. First off, the bottle comes with two nozzles that you can trim to the opening size you need (one flat/wide and one fine-tipped/pointy), and a little plastic guide that helps you draw a bead of glue along the edge of a board. No big deal, anyone can do that. But it's the overall package and attention to detail that really won me over. The key point is that the bottle itself works like a medicine bottle; you know, the kind where you can squeeze 1oz of cough syrup into a built in measuring pre-outlet section of the main bottle, then pour exactly what you need, while the plastic bottle sucks back the rest. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but in real life this was a game changer for how accurate, swiftly, and (especially) cleanly I could deploy my glue into my joints with the exact amount I wanted...no dry spots and just enough to get the glue squeeze-out I expected. Then the bottle just slurps back the rest from the nonstick tip, which you cover with the leashed nonstick silicon tip cover! Brilliant! Since I've gotten this, I've not once gone to dinner after working in the shop all day, peeling dirty lengths of glue from my hands like a homeless snake shedding it's skin. :) Yeah, I get it now - worth every penny, and I think I know what I'm getting my woodworking friends for their respective birthdays...assuming they haven't seen the light already as well.

Just get one, it’s everything other positive reviews have said. So easy to control the amount of glue you want in the location you need. One of the best wood working accessories I have purchased. Perfect size and easy to use. Make your next woodworking project easier and get this bottle.

I like the concept but I have to echo other reviews - it's pretty hard to squeeze. It's easier to squeeze if it's more than half full but it's hard to keep the squeeze up to run a long bead. You'll have to snip off the applicator end to get the bead size you want and I like that. I like the cap is rubber and sheds the dried up glue; and also that the cap itself is tethered to the bottle itself (ever saved a bottle of glue with a 10 penny nail as a stopper?)I did buy three of these since I can't commit to a tip size and only one is in service (wood glue). It works well in that you can upend all of your partial bottles of like glue and go to just one bottle that's easy to stopper. For some strange reason; it doesn't get lost in the garage. Mine is used by at least 3 other people and it hasn't been lost yet. (Certainly I am not alone in having a family of people muttering "dang-it, where did I leave the d*mn glue bottle?" only to find 4 bottles of glue having been opened and probably not recapped).The design is sound - but I think it needs to be 1/3 smaller. Very simply stated. This glue bottle works great. I am a professional trim carpenter, have always used for ever your basic glue bottle, and always had to clear the tips, basically this thing clear's itself every time you use it. An absolute frustration and time saving feature.

Super easy to use. Perfect size. Seals tight when not in use. Much less expensive than buying the smaller bottles of glue to use over and over. Applies a smooth thin or thick 1/4" bead of glue perfectly where you need/want it. Probably one of my favorite little tools in the shop that's used daily.

I have to say that this was a weird little bottle when I first grab it. I needed a glue bottle and grab this at one of my lumber store. The more I used it the more I love it. It can apply glue in any direction as it uses gravity pressure , so not only can you do your standard laying horizontal method but you can also apply vertically and depending on how you open up your nozzle makes for easy application . I bought my second one from Amazon as it was the same price as my lumber place, but I didn't have to drive to go get it. Now I have two with different openings on my nozzle for different application . One wider than the other, as I use it to build cabinets and depending on the location of the part I need more or less. The bottle squeezes pretty easy and fills up fast due to the wide opening on top. I also like the cover for the nozzle , this way you don't have to struggle cleaning up your nozzle Everytime you want to use it. Even though you will once in a while. It's not as bad. The cover hangs from the top cap, making easy to keep with you when you don't need it. Also comes with attachment for the nozzle and to give you different applications.

way better then spewing glue from the normal glue bottles, get one and realize the benefits
