Privacy lock gets stuck and had to call locksmith/break door to open. Locksmith had to break door.Happened with 2 of ours. Others have complained - see the black color one for complains.Note on all models the manufacturer has stopped selling the privacy lock - which indicates they know the problem but have not contacted any of the customer to tell them of the problem.Also on one of the non-privacy ones that I ordered they sent me a privcay one and when told them they said that use can use it with out the lock feature. After my first one got stuck I tested that one's lock feature and it also got stuck and lucikly I could remove it since the door was open. I will update this review to see if the manufacturer send me an updated version or refunds my money.
