Wonderful device, it is simple to use, very clear and has a lot of functions. I originally bought one for my daughter, her grandmother liked it so much that she wanted one to. Then her friends wanted one.The software they recommend works well, but it also works with the apple health app too.One charge lasts for just under a week.Update - Still working fine, my mother-in-law runs a gymnastics course for pensioners, the watches are spreading like wildfire amongst them as the watch is so clear and simple to use.Great customer service too.

I purchased the 21HR after having and loving the 21BP (an earlier model) - Although the 21HR does not monitor blood pressure, I am actually much happier with this product than I was with the 21BP as it has more features and has fixed a lot of issues that the original model had.- Great Battery Life- Accurate Heart Rate monitoring- Sleep pattern and duration monitoring (Great if you struggle with sleep as you can see what your sleep quality is like and how much it changes in certain circumstances such as drinking alcohol, or drinking energy drinks etc!)- Has different types of workouts available on the app- Weather reports!!- Connects and sends you messages from facebook, youtube, text messages etc - and you can deccide which apps you want sending messages to the 21HRAll in all I am very impressed with this product and glad I got hold of it. There are other great fitness gadgets out there but after trying this, I believe the others are very over-priced.

Bought for 8yr old and fits his wrist well, although there is a little 'bulkiness' in the main part of the watch. Lovely 'soft touch' feel to the strap and lots of adjustment, but may still be too big to very small wrists. Great range of functions and HR seems to be accurate, easy scroll though functions with a touch of a finger. App is good and adds to the function of the watch. My boy uses it for swimming and has no issues with waterproofing or extended use in chlorinated water over last few weeks of use. Couple of comments though, 1. You have to use proprietary charge cradle which you have to make sure is available (problem if you forget on hols as there is no other way to charge device) 2. Only activity available is 'running', but don't think this is a real problem?Well recommended for active kids and as good a quality as far more expensive brands!

I bought this product at the beginning of March to give as a present to my brother on the 25th. Came out of the box half charged which I was pleased with, however noticed that even at first putting it on and linking it up the free mobile app even the basic functions such as the step counter and heart rate monitor, which are freely available on other cheaper fitbit devices, mobiles, step counters etc. were not accurate and were not functioning as advertised. A week later, around the 2nd April, my mum contacted me asking me to contact the seller informing me the device had stopped working completely! We had charged it multiple times and ironically enough the device had only been worn outside a few times as my brother was tentative about taking it outside and breaking it on the get go! There was no chance of the device getting dropped, hit, or wet; it just simply turned off and will not turn on again. I bought the device thinking it was much cheaper than more expensive models and was persuaded by the more positive reviews, I'll make sure to go with the more expensive trusted models next time. I'm not sure if these other customers were just lucky or if these 5* reviews were simply faked but I am obviously very disappointed, and my 8 year old brother is now also upset over a present he was originally very excited about. I have contacted the seller in the hopes of receiving either a new, fully-functioning device or in the hopes of just being refunded altogether. I'll make sure to update this review when I hear back from customer service. Until then, please don't waste your time or money on these cheaper "brands"!

Just to say my son loves it - great colour and the strap is soft and comfortable.BUT if you want it for step counting it’s way off. (A 10yr old doesn’t really care though)Plus the battery life is pretty shocking! The claim that it lasts for 5 days is only valid if you charge it and then leave it in a drawer. If it’s used at all it lasts a day (at the most!) My son wore it to school today after it being charged over night and it stopped working before bedtime. It is also a complete faff to plug it in to charge - tricky to see that the connectors are meeting up properly!I have a cheaper fitness tracker and mine is receiving messages all day and can still can hold a charge for almost a week. This one isn’t even in contact with a phone for the majority of the day!

Was quite impressed at first, but no longer. Constantly disconnects from phone/App. Sleep info is wildly inaccurate, so heaven knows about the HR/BP! "Instructions" need to be rewritten in English, as opposed to Chinglish! Phone app is useless.Nice watch!

Looks good. We did have to add another hole but our son (8) has small wrists. He loves it. Managed to install the app fine on second attempt as first attempt didn’t work. Apart from that it was simple to set up. Steps seem accurate. Really pleased as this does all that you would need, especially for a child and much cheaper than a Fitbit. Good value for money.
